I'm not a detail person but were you not of the opinion that EHGOSF were responsible for trashing the share price. Are EHGOSF unsecured creditors and if so how could they moan about the share price being trashed by their actions and if not would the unsecured creditors have a right to moan at ICON given that it is EHGOSF who trashed things?

CI - The unsecured creditors would have agreed to receive 1,674,130,609 of shares in good faith. Meaning the company would do all in its powers to maximise the return to the unsecured creditors. At the time of the agreement the shares priced at 0.016p would have returned £267,860 to the unsecured creditors.

Having systematically and deliberately trashed the shares with dilution and no corresponding positive news to mitigate the £267,860 is now worth only £40,179. The unsecured creditors would be quite within their rights to appeal to the High Court on grounds of breach of the CVA terms and conditions.

It's getting very messy now, they should have been an RNS end of April confirming CVA completion. We're 2 weeks on and zero update from BoD..

Surely the CVA doesn't have to be re-written - the unsecured creditors agreed to receive 1,674,130,609 in shares and they received 1,674,130,609 in shares.

The problem is they have to re-write the CVA as the unsecured creditors were due 1,674,130,609 in shares. However at the time of the agreement the shares were suspended at 0.016p. Since relisting they've totally trashed the shares where the unsecured creditors are due to receive 85% less.

Tiny volume but so far all buys. Keep checking under the hood as this will take off big time from tiny mc once news breaks.
