Its only reached the bottom if somebody is prepared to mop up all the sells.

The CEO gave you a comprehensive update on 31/03/23. In short nothing is going to happen until the CVA is completed hopefully the end of this month. After that they will still be relying on EGHOS for financing so long as they produce a prospectus.

Come back when they cannot issue anymore shares.

Fair point, but this could also be that this has reached bottom and is now oversold (for now). It's also time now for CEO to give market an update as it's been over 2 months since the last update.

This is what I mean. Only 1.5 million bought today. The sub 35 buyers are no longer interested. So where to from here?. Unless somebody is mopping up all the sells the next level to entice PIs is sub 3.

For now yes but the question is how long is 'for now'. When those who are interested at 0.0034p and 0.0035p have had their fill EGHOS and the conversion note holders have to entice another set of buyers so the offer drops to 0.0030p and the bid drops to 0.0025p to deter the 0.0034/35p buyers from selling.

If there was a big buyer in the background who was mopping everything up at under 4 then that might be a saving grace but there isn't because ICON has authority to issue another 145 billion shares. This will deter any third party from attempting to build up any kind of meaningful stake.

Don't make me laugh. The administrators are appointed by the High Court. The High Court approves the end of the administration process and any resulting CVA or liquidation. Unless you have about £1,000,000 to lose don't even think about legal action.

The company made it quite clear its rescue was dependent on the resumption of trading. Now that resumption has taken place the terms of the CVA are being settled at PIs expense through the issuance of billions of shares at ever lower prices. There is nothing you can do about it but watch your money disappear if you continue to hold.

At every lower level people think its the bottom and its time to buy. What they fail to understand is that their buying triggers an even lower level for as they input fresh money ICON/EGHOS take it out.

The bottom here is 0.0010p for no shares can be issued below the nominal value.

I don't believe the bust bit. Nothing will happen until the CVA is complete and by then they'd have stripped the price down to 0.0010p. Shares cannot be converted lower than this price. But even down here the danger is they could consolidate and start the whole strip down process again but this would require a prospectus.
