maxk - Its not a question of who but why would anybody be paid to deramp ICON.

Where is the financial gain and for whom if ICON drops from 0.0035p to 0.0010p which I'm certain it will. Is it shorters, spread betters?

At this end of the market there is nothing positive to post about any stock. They are all loss making and exist solely to line the pockets of the directors. In most cases they don't even have non-managerial stuff. They consist solely of directors, brokers, nomads and auditors. What keeps them alive is your money through the issuance of discount shares.

Some of the rubbish posted about ICON on LSE chat is so incredulous. The most common one is - "why would the directors go through all this trouble to keep the company alive"

What they fail to understand is that it was the listing people fought to keep alive not ICON the company. ICON has no business and no employees other than directors. However the listing gives them access to £3 million of PI money.

That's why the stock has dropped from 0.016p to 0.0035p and will continue to fall so long as there are sufficient PI mugs who think 2 + 2 = 5.

Because the expense was not at the boards but at the pre-suspension shareholders and those that have subsequently bought.

It might have been easier and cheaper to buy a shell company but the money would have been theirs. Whereas by keeping old ICON alive the money is yours via the EGHOS conversions.

You only have no trust because you are holding at a significant loss. An outsider is buying in at 0.0039p and can't believe the bargain he's just bagged. When the price drops into the 2s as it surely will he will hold the same views as you.

I know but it comes from decades of losses. You see its a class thing between us and them. Its basically the wealthy and upper classes (them) fleecing the poor and lower classes (us). We can get lucky sometimes but not as a result of them doing anything for us but as a result of other PIs piling in after you thinking they are doing something for us when in fact they are not. Some of these companies I give the benefit of the doubt because they employ working class people. So although you're getting poorer through your investment losses there are ordinary 9 - 5 workers benefitting.

This type of company is the worse. There are no ordinary 9 - 5 workers. Its just wealthy directors passing your money around to other wealthy directors. This is why I show no mercy for them on the BB and tell it as I see it.

The FCA does permit the forward selling of shares so long as the company has the authority to admit such shares to the official list. ICON has such authority for Resolutions 1 and 2 at the GM authorised the raising of £1.5 million at the nominal price 0.0010p. This equates to 150 billion shares. So an additional 27 billion shares forward sold is something the market can easily absorb and distribute to mug PIs who think they're getting in cheap.



Resolution 1: Authority to allot relevant securities in respect of the 2019 Issuance Agreement and the Amended 2020 Issuance Agreement. This Resolution authorised the Directors to convert the notes and/or warrants issued under the 2019 Issuance Agreement and the Amended 2020 Issuance Agreement and issue further notes and/or warrants under such agreements, including in respect of subsequent drawdowns under the Amended 2020 Issuance Agreement. This authority is for relevant securities up to an aggregate nominal amount of £692,246, is in addition to any existing other authorities to allot relevant securities and expires on 14 June 2026.

Resolution 2: Authority to allot relevant securities in respect of any Flexible Facility. This Resolution authorised the Directors to issue convertible securities (which grant rights to subscribe for ordinary shares) and ordinary shares on conversion of such convertible securities in connection with any "Flexible Facility" (as described in the Resolution). This authority is for relevant securities up to an aggregate nominal amount of £807,754, is in addition to any existing other authorities to allot relevant securities and expires on 14 June 2026.

I've said this before they cannot issue a prospectus when the secured creditors have a charge over all the capital and assets which is greater than the current market cap.

The secured creditors have to be gone so any RTO belongs 100% to ICON.

My personal view is that in reality there is closer to 70 billion shares floating around.
