05/8/2021 07:46 | Exactly P5, guys like ED and Badday are in that category, probably bought in on the way up to £1.20, were caught short on black Friday and didn't average down quick enough, now they will be sitting >60p slaughtering anyone who has an alternative opinion, what a Gas.....Im in heavily at around 9.5 but dont hesitate to criticise the scoundrels running the show if required.... | fandagle
04/8/2021 23:20 | ...And how many of you are still here because you didn't sell at £1:20p when you had the chance? How many of you brought at 4p and sold at 16p? What the ave. of most here? Well above 16p i think....LOL | p5tvr
04/8/2021 10:24 | Ed set the case for the two perfectly in 19922. I know which horse I've backed. Ref KIST up today, no-one begrudges a 1% rise. If you'd been clever enough to invest at IPO in KIST, your money might just about have doubled by now. If you bought I3E after suspension at the lowest price it fell to, your money at one stage would have quadrupled from 4p to 16p. As it is, it's comfortably double what it was for much of the time around the end of 2020, with dividends now facilitated, another amazing value acquisition, nothing in the price for Serenity, and no mountain of debt | spangle93
04/8/2021 10:04 | Great stuff Badday, dont be nasty now because folk aren't buying into Majids I3E magic box of tricks and smoking mirrors, KISTOS up again today, kerrrrching....... | fandagle
04/8/2021 09:48 | Here is a suggestion & before I block you, why don't you pi*s off to your beloved? We understand you have been rogered here & you are still having pain in your Ass.So, goodbye & may you live happily ever after with your ignorance.Bless | goodday1
04/8/2021 09:40 | WTF! Down! Down! Down! Get off the Tramadol ED and get into KISTOS.... | fandagle
04/8/2021 08:37 | This one reminds me of when I held EUA at an average of 0.37p, its only a matter of time before this one pops and pops hard. KIST spent EUR223m plus assumed debt of EUR87m so around EUR300m for 19.5mmboe (dry gas). For £40m I3E picked up 79mmboe onshore (much lower costs, much quicker development times), almost half liquids too. COPL too for example picked up 29mmbbls light oil plus 2mmboe onshore for just $54m ($2.18/boe with WTI circa $70/bbl now). So KIST acquisition cost is huge in comparison to just these two, I could pick out more too. :) Well fellas, fanny wanted to compare these two companies so I just helped him out as he was giving poor financial advice to myself and others. I just clarified the situation for him. Regards, Ed. | edgein

03/8/2021 17:04 | But, but, but how did my investment of 50k in November suddenly become 90K today? At least AA is upfront about the debt, which is being paid off rapidly due to very high gas profits! Oh! thats right I3E dont have any debt, Majid just reamed the shareholders with the pathetic dilution, silly me.................. | fandagle
03/8/2021 15:41 | 405, Yeah true, RRE and KIST are like chalk and cheese, RRE's last acquisition was the NS assets of Marathon Oil, great acquisition. KIST's first acquisition was a modest amount of over priced gas which came along with its own debt too. Too much hype being applied there to their management. Regards, Ed. | edgein
03/8/2021 15:29 | AAs luck won't last forever he got lucky with Rockrose , there will be dilution at kist at some point in time . Good luck there well overpriced high risk deep water expensive recovery. What happened to your farm out calls fan week in week out I3e. | 4053777
03/8/2021 15:12 | Fanny, Wise up here's some facts for you, more nasty information if you like: I3E, production 18,400boepd targeting 20,000boepd by year end through very low cost onshore recompletions and some drilling. Reserves 2P 132mmboe Debt $27m Serenity not included in the above. Market cap and incedibly low £120m! Now for the nasty info, doesn't make pleasant reading so look away if you wish KIST 6,400boepd all offshore gas, higher costs. About 1/3 of I3E's current production. Reserves just 19.5mmboe of gas. about 15% of I3E's 2P Debt an eye watering EUR237m or $286m!!!!! Ouch x10 I3E's debt The rest is contingent, NS contingent can be picked up in UK licensing rounds for licence fees. Market cap an inflated £200m So thanks but no thanks it just makes I3E look amazingly cheap. On the above I3E should be trading at x4 or x5 KIST i.e. about £300-400m Regards, Ed. | edgein
03/8/2021 14:53 | Follow the money ED! Gas prices sky high! Kistos on verge of more quality acquisitions! Divi TBA! Don’t be nasty now you little twit! 👀 | fandagle
03/8/2021 14:40 | Worth noting too as well as the operational results that we are waiting on from the Clearwater, Wapiti and Simonette assets, the financial results were released last year on the 8th September. So potentially just around a month or so to the second dividend. Up to 30% of interim FCF during which time the company was producing just under 9k boepd. Regards, Ed. | edgein
03/8/2021 14:11 | Fanny, What on 19.5mmboe? I3E are about to complete on x4 that to bring them to 2P 132mmboe. How many years will it take KIST to get to that level offshore? Years if ever. Regards, Ed. | edgein
03/8/2021 14:09 | Farm out Tony, not a farm in, keep up with the jargon chief! Did you buy Kistos? £5 in a few months 100% | fandagle

02/8/2021 16:42 | WTI and Brent crude futures both declined over fears of slowing Chinese growth. China's Caixin manufacturing PMI fell to 50.3 - barely above the expansionary 50 threshold - to its lowest level since April 2020. Meanwhile, Covid cases in China have now spread to eight different provinces and there are fears that strict lockdowns could crimp growth at the world's largest crude importer."At present, soft lockdowns have been implemented in China, but if the situation worsens, this could prompt further restrictions that could exacerbate the slowdown in economic activity, and thus reduced oil consumption | goodday1
02/8/2021 08:11 | Early days. But looking very good.I am been offered a 10.98 for 50K.Come on, let us put the 10s behind us.Gl all | goodday1 |
