13/8/2021 18:20 | Another expert, yet I3E slumped 5% today, all the hype, ridiculous predictions, yet here we are with a diluted value share and a host of fund managers onboard who skim the cream off the top at every opportunity... | fandagle

13/8/2021 09:59 | Fandangly, You've been busted and what's all this LOL business - how old are you - 11 ? For what its worth - I post under by own name, to say otherwise is just one more example of your misinformation / lying. Did you read the WHI report: "The key conclusion, in our opinion, is that i3 Energy has the performance track record, drilling inventory and proven deal making acumen to propel the company convincingly to the front of the peloton – i3 Energy is, in our opinion, a proven winner with an exceptionally exciting outlook. As such, in our opinion, i3 Energy is an ideal long-term investment to gain exposure to, what we believe is, a very robust long-term positive outlook for oil and natural gas prices. We anticipate that the extraordinary value created by i3 Energy will translate into super-normal share price returns as that cash-based value is recognised." | tonynorstrom1

11/8/2021 14:51 | Fandangly: "keep the discussion to Kistos and i3e guys" - bit cheeky dont you think ! Firstly its not your place to tell anyone what they can and cannot post and then secondly indicating that its ok to post about Kistos on an i3e board. How about you taking your Kistos comments over to the Kistos board ! There again - if they are as pointless as your comments here - they probably wouldn't appreciate it ! | tonynorstrom1
11/8/2021 14:50 | Wow, it is looking very very good.Gl all | goodday1
11/8/2021 13:29 | When does the Alberta acquisition complete ? It's back dated to 1st April so an immediate boost. I think the share price will move once they complete. Very cheap. | yellowdog
11/8/2021 11:14 | Spangle, Cheers for posting that. What basing a share valuation on production only is to ignore the elephant in the room here which is I3E's enormous 2P reserve base. Using the same pricing would make HUR look cheap on cash flow until you then look at their tiny 2P and large debt. They should really use a combination of times cash flow and a valuation on reserves. That would end up with a valuation on Canada much higher and currently lower valuation on NS (which currently remains contingent). I would put a conservative £3/boe on our assets even though almost half of the 2P are liquids (ngls and oil). That's low even for south America let alone North America. So more like 30-35p per share, if Serenity is a successful as we hope another 30p potential there too (assuming 50% carry and 50mmbbls net), similar on the Minos high as well (even though its very high risk prospective). With the low decline rates here I reckon they'll do more than tread water on the production front too. Regards, Ed. | edgein

11/8/2021 09:59 | Ref post 20019... WHI Valuation of 27.5p is based on 21.7p Canadian assets -0.7p Balance sheet adjustments 6.5p North Sea assets Selected Comments Our valuation is premised on a 5x EV/CF multiple on a next twelve months (“NTM”) basis. Assuming that i3 Energy maintains its base production at current levels through workovers and that the company completes its announced drilling and acquisition plans, we estimate i3 Energy will generate net operating income of $US 93.2m (vs. i3 Energy’s estimate of $US 75.3m) on a next twelve month (“NTM”) basis We believe i3 Energy’s performance is way ahead of the pack in terms of delivering production and shareholder value – i3 Energy is, in our opinion, winning even relative to high-growth peers The market, we believe, has not yet come to terms with the “out of the blue” success of i3 Energy. We therefore believe that at the current time i3 Energy represents a very compelling investment opportunity, with success significantly achieved, but not yet priced in. Conclusion The key conclusion, in our opinion, is that i3 Energy has the performance track record, drilling inventory and proven deal making acumen to propel the company convincingly to the front of the peloton – i3 Energy is, in our opinion, a proven winner with an exceptionally exciting outlook. As such, in our opinion, i3 Energy is an ideal long-term investment to gain exposure to, what we believe is, a very robust long-term positive outlook for oil and natural gas prices. We anticipate that the extraordinary value created by i3 Energy will translate into super-normal share price returns as that cash-based value is recognised | spangle93 |
