20/8/2021 17:01 | Tonynorstrom ref (3), also cheaper than pretty much any company I can think of on a market cap/2P reserves basis. Maybe some in FSU have low MC/2P but for them that's justified IMHO | spangle93
20/8/2021 16:23 | 5 reasons why I3E is a good buy 1)6% dividend yield and growing 2)Safe Jurisdiction - ask the guys at GENL how important that is after today’s RNS. 3)Cheaper than Canadian peers on a CF / FCF multiples. 4)lower debt to FCF multiple than 90% of its peers 5) Drilling Inventory of 20 years - double that of most of its peers. 6)Multiple transformational catalysts within its existing portfolio (South Simonette, Clearwater, Serenity and more!!) | tonynorstrom1
20/8/2021 16:14 | Found some pennies and added 10k shares at 11.05, good luck all | eringael
20/8/2021 14:27 | Fanny, There's buyers here alright, some swiping up the cheapuns before the herd arrive. You think they'll be able to farmout and drill Serenity without anybody knowing? I'm looking forward to the possibility of those RNS releases. First of all though completion of Cenovus acquisition giving them unrivaled fundamentals for a £120m company due to complete any time, then interim results and second dividend. But don't take your eye off this one for too long as that farmout RNS could come at any time. You might even be a holder after that and singing a different tune on here (I'm not referring to When I'm Cleaning Windows by Mr G. Formby). Regards, Ed. | edgein
20/8/2021 13:56 | Fair enough - fandangle was asked to give 5 why nots and he's done it. Pretty good response from from Ed. I would just add a couple of points 1) on the trust issue, youve got to differentiate between performance and trust. Failure at Liberator is a delivery issue not really a trust issue. There was a question mark over whether Management leaked the news of the duster at liberator - I dont know whether that was a fair , however post the load note re-negotiation - performance has been fantasic and they've done what they said they would do and more. So I would say no trusts issues over the last 12-18 months. 2)Dilution - I agree with Ed - its about Market Cap and Value - so not really a big concern - there's a lot of value in i3e. 3)Oil price fluctuation applies to all Oil Companies - if you have this concern you should not be invested in any Oil Company full stop which makes it really strange that you post here 4)Funds are invested in all Companies so not unique to i3e. 5) there are better companies out there - there probably is but not Junior Oils. This challenge has been thrown out a few times on different forums and no one has been able to name a better Junior Oil. | tonynorstrom1
20/8/2021 13:30 | Good Grief Edgen, you should be in Boris's cabinet with all those irrelevant cut'n'paste TAT and pointless trivia, why is nobody buying I3E now then at this bargain price? Mmmmmmmmm...Thats right i smell sh......te | fandagle
20/8/2021 11:49 | A buy at over 500K traded Looking very good.Monday RNs Gl all | goodday1
20/8/2021 11:00 | Dexter/Fanny, Do you not have windows to clean today? 1. Board has delivered exceptional growth adding a total of 18400boepd and 133mmbbls in about 12 months. Also close to concluding a farmout on the large Serenity asset. Just because you got hit on a North Sea exploration well was just a bad call on your behalf, you're not the first you might eventually get over it. 2. Recent dilution, approximately 50% dilution raising £40m to add 8400boepd and 79mmboe. More of the same please! Cheap as chips, £40m to add $193m reserves, I'd take more of the same any day. Too many shares in issue, it didn't stop 88e and UKOG rising and I'm currently 300% up on COPL and its got 15bn in issue currently and HSBC just added more today too. Its all about market cap and assets you see. 3, Oil price fluctuations, I know isn't it great oil price has fluctuated from $20-66/bbl over the last year, it'll likely fluctuate over $70/bbl before year end. Although I3E is about 50% gas, about 30% natural gas liquids and about 19-20% oil. However Serenity is likely to swing the balance well into the direction of oil. Gas prices in Canada fluctuate a little too. But UK gas prices will fluctuate even more as cheap LNG flows in from Qatar and Russia. 4. There are a number of funds in I3E but not many TR1 Dexter, proof is in their RNS releases or in this case lack of them. 5. Arguably better out there? Really, not that I can see. I can't see any other London listed companies that do circa 18-19,000boepd and have 133mmboe of reserves (very modest debt and NOI of $95m estimated annually) and trade at just £120m. I'll not ask you to list them as you'll not understand the point I've just made. Regards, Ed. | edgein
20/8/2021 10:36 | Gooday Doll, it does not look like your having a nice morning my baldy little friend.... | fandagle

20/8/2021 10:23 | so if that's the case why are you here? | knowing
20/8/2021 10:20 | Tony: (1) BOD cannot be trusted, poor track record with regards to honesty... (2) Recent Dilution - Too many shares available, it will take colossal news to move the share upwards. (3) Oil prices, as seen yesterday the share price is at the mercy of their price fluctuations. (4) Funds - Its obvious that some Funds are selling into every rise, nature of the beast I suppose, but this puts off PI's investing. (5) Arguably better shares out there, even some funds like HL - Artificial Intelligence, these Funds paid around 25% to 35% from aug 20 -21, thats an excellent return and far less risk than sitting behind the couch worrying what Majid pulls out of his box of magic tricks.... | fandagle
20/8/2021 10:08 | Fandangly, Give me 5 reasons why i3e is a poor investment and i'll give you 5 why its a great investment. Your accusing people of ramping but your not able to articulate why ! A chance to shine son - give it a go ! | tonynorstrom1
20/8/2021 10:00 | Fandangly - it appears that it doesnt take much to amuse you ! I imagine most shareholders are pretty comfortable with their holding and excited about near term prospects - probably planning a pleasant afternoon on the balcony with a nice bottle of Red ! I'm not sure anyone takes you seriously - how about demonstrating that you do have something between your ears and highlight 2 or 3 red flags as to why we should be invested ! Intelligent comments only please - not the usual dross. | tonynorstrom1
20/8/2021 09:32 | The unfortunate news for holders today at GENL highlights another strength I3E has in terms of the location of its main assets | eringael
20/8/2021 09:28 | Looking forward to RNs stating 20K boepd is busted. As of today officially producing 19,000 boepd.Onward & upward, Monday RNs will tell us! | goodday1
19/8/2021 16:47 | Rampers are very quiet today, very amusing.... | fandagle
19/8/2021 14:25 | Oil price plummeting, that will shave another 5% off the share price tomorrow, can see my 9P very very soon........ | fandagle
19/8/2021 14:09 | Very tight spread! | goodday1
19/8/2021 13:19 | Nice point Kaos. Yes the pipes look good in what will be an increasingly busy oil area over the years. I'm sure I read somewhere Canadian staff are going to be dedicating more time to maximise this asset too. I reckon with the Cenovus acquisition they'll have quite a good value network there and not fully used given 20% synergies & efficiency now possible. I bet they'll be able to market transport to many others there's now hence bringing our costs down even more. Good spot. | source
19/8/2021 12:41 | Koas, The best thing for I3E to do with their spare infrastructure capacity is to fill it. They do have around 400 deve well locations right across their impressive lease holdings now. I'd imagine they'll get to work on those after completion. The company did say they're going to have a very busy H2. There'll be 1000's or more likely 10,000s of bbls undeveloped discovered potential on the new acreage too. Also the likes of water flood could have material impact on recoverable reserves and production too. Regards, Ed. | edgein
19/8/2021 12:27 | Down 6% now, that’s another 10k Gooday, ye ragin aye! | fandagle
19/8/2021 12:22 | Hahaha hah Oh, my sides hurt from laughing.BB idiot has been fangledLol | goodday1 |
