16/8/2021 09:27 | Yes, the figures given today are operating income guidance for the next few months. You can't project FCF from those without knowing other expenses in the near future (eg potential serenity capex?) And if you don't know FCF you can't calculate dividend, even if you have a % FCF commitment. Having said that I don't think we know the latter yet even for H1? | swanvesta
16/8/2021 09:27 | Compelling value here at present Wonder if any of the placing shares may be a temporary drag on the price here for a while | basem1
16/8/2021 09:18 | This RNS should not really impact the H1 (September) dividend too much - H1 dividend is calculated based on the period January to June 2021. H2 is where you should see a significant rise in the dividend. | tonynorstrom1
16/8/2021 09:15 | However I would not be selling until at least 25p share | basem1
16/8/2021 09:13 | You've missed the last one They have not announced the next one as yet but when they do they give an ex dividend date and a payment date. If you sell anytime on ex dividend day you are still entitled to the dividend | basem1
16/8/2021 09:04 | How does the divi work please and when would it show in our accounts, thank you | bigpecs
16/8/2021 08:58 | And they have given a range (20-40% from memory), not specifically 30%. | swanvesta
16/8/2021 08:56 | FCF would be after capital commitments, no? | swanvesta
16/8/2021 08:55 | I thought they previously mentioned 30%. If this was the case what would the dividend payment be ? | talkman2
16/8/2021 08:55 | Perhaps they are waiting on financing commitment for Serenity? | swanvesta
16/8/2021 08:52 | I don’t think they’ve mentioned % of FCF they’re allocating to dividends yet. | pretax2
16/8/2021 08:22 | Based on the financial guidance this morning what could the dividend payment now be ? | talkman2
16/8/2021 08:00 | I3e is ridiculously undervalued. Market in these shares stupidly irrational. | pretax2
16/8/2021 07:38 | 60m x 5 or 6 = 300m or 360m | 1choip
16/8/2021 07:28 | What a comprehensive update, lots more coming in August too, the really large acquisition due to complete in just 4 days time. Also great to see they broke through the 10,000boepd point in July and within 4 days will be up to circa 18,400boepd. What a lovely leap in NTM NOI from a previous guidance of $75m up to $95m (should translate into a lovely jump in dividend too!) What a busy week and month for the company. "Serenity Appraisal Drilling Farmout Discussions continue with potential farm-in partners for the Serenity field appraisal drilling programme. Indicative terms have been agreed in principle but we await confirmation of funding commitments from counterparties before finalising and executing documentation. The market will be updated if and when agreements are reached." Great to see them reaching terms with a potential farm in partner, hopefully we'll hear more about that in the coming months. Regards, Ed. | edgein
