17/10/2018 08:03 | Well, your all more positive than me this morning.. :-) For me, if there were plenty of other offers in the hat we would not be having this debate. | nametrade
17/10/2018 08:00 | For retail investors, it's simply now a question of 'will i3 get a farm out in this new campaign?'Any farm out will put the share price way up from 60p. | caters
17/10/2018 07:59 | Nametrade from the rns, i3e clearly walked away from the table . The potential famines has structural issues which must be dealt with hence the reason deal was not concluded. Now we have a clear way forward and in believe a deal will be conclude within the next 3 months. There are lots of interested parties in liberators even before the award of extensi8ns in the 30th round and when oil was under $60. | jungmana
17/10/2018 07:58 | Name trade. What were you expecting then after i3e were unable to conclude JV matters? The issues were with the JV partner unable to give assurances, not the other way around. This is as good as they can say for now. | showme01
17/10/2018 07:57 | I think the wording is a little looser to avoid mistakes previously made about timescales. Hopefully a lesson has been learned and also door left open for previous JV plan if/when issues get resolved. | begorrah88
17/10/2018 07:54 | Jungmana.....people said the share price was going to be £2 all year so I take that with a pinch of salt. The word intended is not a strong word so I don't expect that timeline to hold. I've been here a yr, the asset is bigger but as far as JV partner goes... this could go deep into next year as far as I see it. Annoyed. | nametrade
17/10/2018 07:53 | No point being grumpy about things from here on. i3 are pursuing a dual strategy with a 3-4 month timeframe just in case the JV partner sorts out their problems in that time. | coscos
17/10/2018 07:48 | FDP submission before the end of the year and approval expected in q1 2019.The farm in is expected to conclude before the FDP approval.3 to 6 months ahead should see us much higher than 62p imo. Possibly 200p+ .Gla | jungmana
17/10/2018 07:47 | I thought the phrase: "At such time as their structural issues have been resolved" Was a bit more candid than previously | 5chipper
17/10/2018 07:46 | Well, it doesn't sound so positive to me. They are not so sure about having the JV sorted before FDP "it is intended". What are the key assurances then? Will they be a problem for any other potential JV partner? | nametrade
17/10/2018 07:45 | name- whilst I agree in some respects you are right in that we are not really much further forward, the RNS is clear that i3e walked away from the deal, not the farminee, which strongly suggests a lot of confidence form I3e that they are not desperate for finance deal on any terms. the appointment of first energy and the link to majid strongly points that they have been talking to them already and I would suggest this is partly why 1. They know they have options on finance 2. why majid is now CEO 3. They don't want to spend another 3 months tied up in talks and want First energy to take on a lot of the work sorting out a deal instead of tieing up NC and GH . This is a positive if not earth shattering RNS and backs up the fact that its a very viable investment especially at current SP, e.g at least 25% less than it should be at present. | ducati2345
17/10/2018 07:42 | Good update, glad to see a clear way forward from here. Am surprised door still open for partner that let us down but keeping all options open the right strategy. | coscos
17/10/2018 07:35 | You clearly are not reading the same update? | showme01
17/10/2018 07:35 | Lol! I think you are reading a different rns. Please go over the rns again | jungmana
17/10/2018 07:33 | Everyone knows where they stand now.... As far as the funding goes...worse than at the beginning of the year..We've been told for a long time that there has been massive interest in this project.... so how come no one is anymore? Also there is still no more on the bone about the key assurances? Is this going to be a problem going forward? Not happy with this update.... Really can't see what you all think is so good about it? | nametrade
17/10/2018 07:22 | A&D appointed , looking to increase debt facilities and FDP on track. All good. | showme01
17/10/2018 07:20 | Thanks Mr T, good to know. | che7win
17/10/2018 07:14 | That’s good news Mr T. He will know their ability to deliver. | showme01
17/10/2018 07:13 | Fwiw FirstEnergy is one of Majid Shafiq's previous employers. | mr. t
17/10/2018 07:10 | V good update | tsmith2
17/10/2018 07:10 | Perfect update, all as expected at this stage. They are very confident in themselves, perhaps an even better deal might be expected? | che7win
17/10/2018 07:05 | A&D advisor appointed | begorrah88
16/10/2018 18:42 | The only to 2 markers that will effect the share price are funding and then FDP. One will lead to the other so expect a big mark up on funding and a minor one on the FDP as they have already had pre 30th round approved and it is more of a box ticking exercise. Funding really is the key and so long as there is no collapse in oil (highly unlikely), we are away. I'm very confident funding will happen but it will require some patience if the previous JV partner does not complete as I think the process start to finish will take a good 3 months. | showme01
16/10/2018 18:32 | Good to have you on board short. Just need to 'turn' Jak now. | kingivor |
