Maybe he is right here, lets all invest in Exploration co's instaed of appraisal oil co's. That way we can get heavily diluted everytime they need to raise funds for drilling exploration oil fields with an average of 25% cos wherr the majority fail & dusters are hit

Don't back appriasal assets like 13E, with a huge 41m shares in issue & a high NPV of 700p
