14/10/2018 21:03 | Just to add rumour has it ...news tomorrow. | kierandoberman
14/10/2018 20:40 | If I3e comes out with what is now overdue positive news this week everyone will welcome it with open arms and have confirmed that we do indeed have a corrupt ! | kierandoberman
14/10/2018 20:32 | If i3 come out with a positive announcement this week everyone will soon jump back on the bandwagon and all is forgiven.Investors are a fickle lot, especially those on AIM.Expect the unexpected with i3. | coscos
14/10/2018 19:28 | Settlement may well not have been shot , but confidents in the bod to do the right thing by LTH is definitely damage and a lot like myself will not hold for the long term. They not to be trusted in my books . The market never forgets or forgives dirty tricks like that . | kierandoberman
14/10/2018 19:05 | No I don't think sentiment is shot either. I shall be keeping myself out of range of the teddies nevertheless. | fardels bear
14/10/2018 19:00 | I don't think sentiment is shot. Just a few shareholders a bit peed with the strike price but as several have commented, it will soon be forgotten once funding is sorted and i3e is on it's way to capitalise on Liberator. | showme01
14/10/2018 18:46 | Sentiment is shot. Just got to tough it out. | kingivor
14/10/2018 18:31 | You wait and see the reaction on here if it doesn't go up tomorrow. The whole place will be full of flying teddies. | fardels bear
14/10/2018 17:37 | Good to see the board being a bit more positive over the weekend :) | 5chipper
14/10/2018 17:23 | It wouldn't be the first time that had happened on AIM. | fardels bear
14/10/2018 16:57 | I have to say that I rather like the fact that the company have used the unreasonable decline in the share price to incentivize the staff. If I were a little cynical I could suggest it looks almost deliberate. I suspect we will see a recovery in the share price in the short term and then a flying run to 200p when the funding is secured | a2584728
14/10/2018 15:45 | Agree with a lot of that Mr T. It doesn't change a lot, it's just a bit disappointing that the company appear to have taken advantage of this drop when a lot of shareholders are suffering. However they now all have a huge incentive to deliver, and I believe they will. The market cap is insanely cheap for the asset, and they can make everybody a lot of money. | duckdown
14/10/2018 10:47 | On market trends, here’s another article describing how oil firms prefer Liberator style projects these days...low risk, quick payback, near existing infrastructure: | mr. t
14/10/2018 10:00 | Like many, I’m not pleased with the terms of the new options package. But I don’t share the very negative comments of some shareholders on here. Here are comments: 1) NC and GH, who are most influential and own 33% of the share capital, got <10% of the new options. Their shareholding has been diluted too, although not as bad as the rest of us shareholders. 2) I would think the new CEO would only have been given this 1m option incentive if NC and GH felt they need him, otherwise why would they dilute their own shareholdings? It’s possible that Majid can close the old deal when GH and NC couldn’t, or otherwise he's needed to find a new deal. 3) The majority of the new options didn’t go to directors, they have gone to the wider team. It’s still dilution of us shareholders, but I prefer this broader distribution of option incentives rather than it all going to the directors. 4) The terms are generous, as others said. Still, the options won’t be worth anything if Liberator isn’t delivered so shareholders can have some comfort. In line with what buffy said, I think the noise over the last few days will be forgotten about in a few months time. The asset is still great, market trends our positive, management are broadly aligned with shareholders, the I3e team is competent (albeit their reputation has been tarnished recently), the shares are significantly undervalued on an NPV basis, and there should be good news flow on fdp and funding over the next six months. | mr. t
14/10/2018 08:18 | The institutions that supported the 105 raise will be looking for some payback at the next one, assuming a jv is postponed to q1,19. The risk is, they place soon with Majid buying in at this point to "align with shareholders". Suddenly, the option strike price appears reasonable. They cannot enter fresh negotiations which will take months running on fumes. | kingivor
13/10/2018 19:10 | Cheesed off as I am with this options package, the asset is unchanged - just my % ownership of it is somewhat less than it was.The asset will be developed so I'm not selling. | caters
13/10/2018 17:24 | Is there a change that the new CEO may run with I3E going solo ? Increase debt facility and go straight into production 2019 . | kierandoberman
13/10/2018 17:10 | 27M market cap does seem low for what's on offer here compared to other companies on AIM... But when investors feel left in the dark or ripped off.... Getting the funding over the line should put the BODs back in the good books assuming its not for song. ……… | nametrade
13/10/2018 17:08 | Buffy, great summary and one that I share wholeheartedly. Cash, spot on. We are where we are and I have no doubt that we will get this excellent asset funded. Just a shame personally it hasn't already happened as that would have allowed me to take some off the table at a far higher price and invest elsewhere. Don't you just love the roller coaster of AIM. A less loved up Showme. lol | showme01
13/10/2018 16:52 | I agree with Buffy and Cash. It would be appreciated if they spent more effort in getting the financial deal and less lining their pockets. If there is a silver lining it is that they must think that the share price will rise from its current low. Why else issue the options now? | hpotter
13/10/2018 16:36 | Buffy,Couldn't have put it better myself. There was me thinking for once we have a different calibre of management team for AIM.Alas..easy rewards are the name of the game with AIM BoDs, why should it be any different for these folk. I should really have a word with myself because, for all his ills, NC was the architect behind this vehicle that offers the opportunity on hand. Ready for a drawn-out process. The quality of the assets will, eventually, win the day for all.Cash | cashandcard
13/10/2018 16:02 | Buffy. If I didn’t trust the management , I would of sold the lot. | showme01
13/10/2018 16:00 | HAF,Those are all wonderfully made points when completely isolated from events and actual statements from management. They led shareholders into this situation, by their words and actions and have benefited from it. It was not even long ago NC was telling folk at the presentation the deal was going to complete in Q4. It may yet do, but I doubt it very much now. Having said that, I've started reducing exposure, and am prepared for a drawn-out process lasting deep into next year. Cash | cashandcard |
