12/10/2018 17:01 | tgg, very funny and point taken.I don't think anyone is expecting the current JV deal to be realised soon and the likelihood is that i3 are currently up the creek without a paddle. However, my confidence is in the asset and its potential, so I'm sticking around. | coscos
12/10/2018 16:56 | I think this is very bad timing from the BoD given what's happened to the share price in recent weeks. They really need to deliver some positive news to the market soon. The current share price is still ridiculously cheap but it's time for them to step up and make things happen. | duckdown
12/10/2018 16:33 | coscos, I just had an image of a sec with 2 RNSes to hand, asking which one to release first - the options one or the JV agreement one ;-#))) | thegreatgeraldo
12/10/2018 16:33 | @calder good points so why even put the backstop dates in there? @FB, looks like it's not a closed period [ edit: I removed some bad mouthing about our illustrious BoD ] | caters
12/10/2018 16:30 | Probably something else they hadn't thought of. If they were in a closed period are they allowed to issue share options? | fardels bear
12/10/2018 16:27 | I find the time element of the 2nd and 3rd clauses odd. If we don't have a funding JV in 12 months time then the share price will not be in a position where the directors want to exercise their options. Similarly for the FDP approval which is currently expected to happen during Q1 2019. If we're in October 2020 and it still hasn't been approved, the share price will be on the floor. | calder27
12/10/2018 16:27 | It's curious (to say the least) that there is no condition based on Liberator going into production or on spudding the West Liberator appraisal well. edit: either because (i) they will grant themselves more options later on for these 'extra' performances, or (ii) they're expecting to be sold off pre-production. More likely (i) rather than (ii). | caters
12/10/2018 16:26 | caters reread should all be performance related ...disillusioned but sticking for now | corgies2
12/10/2018 16:19 | tgg, nothing surprises me on the aim market anymore, let's see what news unfolds here over next few weeks, then we can re-visit today's announcement. | coscos
12/10/2018 16:09 | They must have been keen to get these options announced in case any JV is signed soon.Timing is impeccable, just a pity that private investors sold it down to this level. | che7win
12/10/2018 15:58 | The 33% on successful JV and 33% on FDP are strange - they are not an incentive to get them completed as they will get them in time anyway but they do seem to be encouraging the vesting of them if those events happen.I would be expecting the recipients to be holding them as those stages progressed rather than cashing them in at the first opportunity.Another odd move from the board. Can't see the sorts that divvied up the funds at £1.05p per share at the end of July being too impressed with today's RNS | begorrah88
12/10/2018 15:58 | corgies re-read the rns | caters
12/10/2018 15:55 | Don't mind the options for the new CEO , but do mind the rest . Suspect the options are date related not success related will bring another award of more options when time is up or when a deal is done whichever comes first | corgies2
12/10/2018 15:43 | For i3 to do this, the directors are saying: (i) that they have no idea whether the current potential partner will or will not sign, and (ii) that they have not got to any meaningful position with any other potential partners. This was their opportunity to grab some options so I'd expect some updates on progress re other partners soonish. | caters
12/10/2018 15:34 | coscos 12 Oct '18 - 15:28 - 4655 of 4656 0 0 0 Not very impressed either, especially on Friday afternoon again, however with my rose tinted spectacles I'm viewing it as a vote of confidence in near term news to come. ..WHAT!!!! I'll assume you're joking..... | thegreatgeraldo
12/10/2018 15:33 | coscos, Its bold and arrogant imo. Where is the damn fairness in that? Not exactly oozing confidence at that price is it. Cash | cashandcard

12/10/2018 15:25 | No idea, how long is a piece of strong.lol | i like trees
12/10/2018 15:24 | Ducati, sentiment was quite high in this share because it’s pretty much done as it’s said... Once sentiment has gone it’s not so easy to get back... | nametrade
12/10/2018 15:22 | caters, I think that potential JV is not dead but its in limbo, open-ended until the other party can give assurances, pending resolution of their own structural issues. Basically, how long is a piece of string? Lol! edited! Cash | cashandcard
12/10/2018 15:21 | Where have all the other interested parties disappeared to more to the point?? | nametrade
12/10/2018 15:18 | Does this mean that the current potential JV is dead? | caters
12/10/2018 15:11 | It may be more than £1 - depends on the terms I suppose. I really hope it is. options: What's cheesed me off with these options is that MS had a good case for options but no one else did. If there was a option plan for staff that doles out a small amount of options each month, then fine, but this does seem like privileged feasting on the carcass of a low share price. | caters |
