What results are you expecting? It’s only to survey the routes and existing infrastructure. No value adding information

I think the BoD are as keen as shareholders to get it funded asap - they won't be sitting on their hands waiting.

Given the recent share price slide i would have thought the board would be very keen to communicate any positive constructive stategy.
I expect some flavour of the consultant's brief and timescales.

Is no news good news?

I'm not sure the appointment of an A&D advisor is RNS worthy. I suspect they will just be getting on with it now and will update the market when they have something material to report.

Where is the appointment of the A+D advisor?
Was imminent last week according to the vox markets interview so is a positive conclusion to talks in hand and if so would the partner require new exclusivity for a very short period.

when they say staff were not paid or took reduced wages, what exactly do they mean by staff, e.g I don't think they have many staff, isn't it mainly the directors? does any one know how many staff i3e actually have. Frankly I find it hard to believe that secretaries, accounts staff etc did not receive a salary

Likewise Kieran, if you don't accept anything management says then, perhaps, this isn't for you.

K,

Some of the talking up ('see multiples') does not sit well and the language is, in many places, unclear.

There are some elements that sound reasonable/believable, but others like the 40p average, that sound like a fudge.

However, unless it is a lie (which I doubt), then it does seem like some of the staff worked for little pay in 2016. These may be the staff that hold shares already. Either way, long termers in the NS oil industry were willing to put their time in and forsake a salary elsewhere because of what they saw that Liberator offered.

Get them sorted now before company enters next black out phase. That's actually a positive.

This is encouraging:

"With these options, staff are aligned with shareholders (specifically those that have funded the Company) based on the performance conditions set for vesting which, when met, one could surmise would see multiples of return atop today's levels".

Well, if i3 staff have been willing to make those kinds of sacrifices, then they clearly believe in the asset.

Some staff incentivisation at this point sounds in order, though I'm still a bit puzzled by some features of the directors' options.
