tournesol, its was said in a joking way........... Trump was his own worst enemy in 2020, had Covid not happened he would likely have won, but the way he handled Covid and what he said led to his defeat.

Trump was the first US President in decades to actually not start any wars.....and to actually push Middle East peace massively forward. Sadly all this good stuff will be forgotten.

I see Biden is already talking about sending tens of thousands of US troops back to Iraq....... the Democrats and their wars and now back in power again.....get ready for the next middle east conflict or "Arab Spring" or whatever they want to make happen to destabilize it again.

Positive for the longer term oil price

"U.S. President Joe Biden’s administration has temporarily suspended oil and gas permitting on federal lands and waters in the latest of a series of rapid-fire orders aimed at fighting climate change and tamping down the U.S. fossil fuel industry"

It's not so much that Trump's character is flawed, it is just that people believe what he says and he knows that and uses it in a mercenary way. Apologies for off topic

I'm challenging your ludicrous suggestion that Biden won the US election by fraud:-

1) To start with, your historical perspective is incorrect. In the 2016 election Clinton actually got more votes than Trump. The convoluted arithmetic of the electoral college gave him the presidency despite him having fewer votes.

2) Trump has claimed fraud every time there has been a vote he didn't like. He pre-emptively said he would refuse to accept the results of the primary election which selected him back in 2015 if he didn't win. When Ted Cruz - who was at that time an enemy - won the Iowa caucuses. Trump immediately claimed there had been voter fraud orchestrated by Cruz's supporters. That was a template for his recent claims.

3) During the candidate debates at that time, Trump claimed that Cruz was not eligible to stand for the Presidency since he had been born in Canada. - an argument he used as a template for his Birther conspiracy lies about Obama.

The simple truth is that Trump does not have the strength of character to admit defeat and resorts to lying instead. His lies about this election are entirely consistent with his behaviour over his entire life and say more about him than they do about the election.

I note that a reward of $1 million was offered in November by a Texas republican for information that supported the claims of voter fraud. Nobody has come forward to claim that reward. Around 60 law suits filed by Trump have been thrown out of court - many by Trump appointees. Trump’s own lawyers have admitted under questioning that they’re not alleging fraud because they have no evidence with which to do so.

It's time to accept that Trump lost.

Leoneo, Covid finished Trump.....handled incompetently and paid the price for it. Even so, he got more votes than Obama ever did - just less than Biden found in the graveyard.........🤣🤣 9315;🤣ԍ15;🤣🤣;🤣

Linz. Thanks for the investment advice. Hur could go belly up. Equally, it could recover , benefiting from a Fwp and higher Brent. .even with dilution , new investment could see shareholders that have averaged down do Ok.. Btc is down 11% today. Apparently some are surprised that Biden's inauguration didn't lead to Armageddon. Not that surprising..

Well it's done 858% over the past 10 years which I believe is close to 25% CAGR which is good under any measure.

Funds are managed by a fund manager......thats why people use them, so they dont have to manage it themselves.......you get a poor return for being able to be lazy and not do anything yourself.

That makes it simple to know what you need to be doing.
