Hopefully the oil price will stop its slide. Now 59$

Yup use filter frequently for ramper and deramper trolls to get the signal to noise ratio in your favour.

"75 days is miles out, LC will be getting well tested around the 19th of this month."
This is a possibility and as I said before we will know within the next few days were we stand with LC, the 3rd offload and what it means for Lancaster and Sept 5 latest the 3 monthly ramp up on Lancaster.

All of us please focus on these pieces of evidence and filter out the noise and distractions - start to enjoy our lovely summer.

Shipwatching around TL will now need our attention and what it means.

The bot's aren't aware of the new 'drillers' only thread yet then, lol? Anyone buying at these 'bargain' prices had better be prepared to lose half their money if the 'schoolboys' are on the latest drill too. The boyz always the first to know here and it's just been constant selling for a while now. It's a binary bet looking worse by the day, no one left to annoy with that turn of words anymore. Halfpenny usually rolls on the short side, no (be very wary). jmv.

No they would keep posting as they are programs but filtering them means you are not wasting your time replying to them or reading their posts that are trying to influence you.
The troll infesting the old HUR board I don’t think is an AI I think its more driven by white powder than an algorithm judging by its manic posting style and inordinate self belief.

Not only do they look they post there are bots that can actually write posts and respond to questions. They normally avoid direct answers and stick to thier agenda/programming keep that in mind when dealing with some particularly stupid trolls they maybe bots wasting your time, filter is your friend.....

...I suppose I meant that algorithms probably have one look at the HUR bulletin boards and decide they are a great place to trade, lots of rampers, derampers, PIs, people who still use stop losses despite the fact this is AIM and so get cleaned out at the bottom of every dip etc. But yes they probably do also post on them, or at least if they don't yet, they will, to confuse other bots and machine learning algorithms. In any event we're currently in negative momentum, waiting it for it to break.

Https://www.vanityfair.com/news/2019/08/donald-trump-trade-war-2020Good article suggests trade war wont be over any time soon . It also dismantles the trade economics theories.

A simple question.

Why are we so infested with bots??

If you look at JOG for example; not a bot in sight, yet our share price is worked by probably 70 to 80% bots.

Hello31

Don't want to rain on your parade but…..

The classic view of markets is that they do not wait until predictable events occur before factoring them into valuations/prices. As soon as new information appears on radar screens it gets factored in. During the EPS repeated offtakes of production are expected and therefore should be already factored in.

The only thing that might not be factored in is if the offtake reflects a higher level of production than anticipated. But even so, that was flagged up at the CMD so should be already in the valuations - at least partly.

On the other hand Mr Trump's antics are difficult to predict so are less likely to be already in the calculations. The fall in the oil price caused by DT will, if sustained, lead to a reduction in the market's expectation of value which will probably outweigh any short term boost from higher than expected production.

So, far from getting a short term boost from expected production, we appear to be getting a thwack from the weaker oil price.

Of course the weaker pound will help mitigate this a bit because our oil is priced in $ and these days a $ gets you more £ than it used to.

But all this si a long way from the proposition that selling a second cargo of oil from the EPS will take the markets by surprise and they will immediately mark the share price up significantly. If only that were true. But it seems v unlikely to me.
