Midday Thursday until midnight on Friday still looking excellent with swells less than 2m for 36 hours and High Pressure to be centred over the Northern Isles. Does not get any better at this time of year.

Morning telbap, I believe up to 2m swell (for 36hrs) is acceptable as it certainly has been around that when they have gone for hookup previously, although I have read up to 3m is ok but obviously other factors such as wave height play some part.
