Chopsy.

"In December 2017, the Group took the decision to relinquish the Typhoon and Tempest licences to focus both time and funds on its Rona Ridge assets. As a direct consequence the related capitalised assets (within intangible exploration and evaluation assets) have been written off. In addition to this, the Group has also fully impaired the carrying value of its Strathmore asset as there are no plans to undertake any significant activity on this prospect in the near future."

I read the 12th as a long stop date, given Dr Trice's comments this week. If the work is complete and there is a suitable weather window I suspect AM may depart before.

Many thanks Laser. Glad to see you back with your superior ship watching skills.

So, around about Dec 12th we set sail for the Shetlands or Lerwick. Coupling up to the buoy would be a great Christmas present. Fingers crossed for a good weather window.

Thank you Guardian. It seems to me that the only significant risk now, is whether oil will flow at a sustainable rate. HUR have executed their plan to perfection so far and Dr. Trice and the team should be congratulated. This is where the fun begins.

bocase, you got your money at a very opportune time. I hope that we all see a good return on our investments by the middle of 2019. Good luck.

Presumably work on the AM won't start until after the weekend?
Does anyone have a view on whether these final works will have been booked in on a specific date in Rotterdam?
