13/11/2018 09:01 | Let them eat cake! | fireplace22
13/11/2018 08:56 | Just heard from a mate in Gib... The galley toaster has burnt out, and one of the kettles has sprung a leak. Crew refused to continue without their breakfast...!!! edit... for the avoidance of any doubt, I am not being serious... and before anyone asks I don't have any inside info.. just a warped sense of humour..! | steve73
13/11/2018 08:35 | I hope Francis was fast asleep and missed it!!!! | buzzzzzzzz
13/11/2018 08:33 | great time to add | wish i wasnt in rbs
13/11/2018 08:30 | Francis must have brought at 40p as his wish has come true. | gary38
13/11/2018 08:26 | Depends how long the delay is I guess. Surprised they bothered to RNS it to be honest. Well they know they are being watched like hawks by the shipwatchers and there would be all sorts of speculation if the AM stayed more than a short time, so it's probably sensible to RNS. However, it's clearly not sensible for some to start talking about major markdowns because a minor system has thrown up an issue in what is effectively a maiden voyage. Hopefully it will be a short stop, but we can't know - it's likely to depend on what sort of spares are needed, or if something hard to source is needed. Either way there's no impact on the valuation, they are still on course for FOIL within the timescales they have always indicated. | greyingsurfer
13/11/2018 08:24 | Marine Regulations Steve, they can't continue the voyage with a known issue, even as seemingly minor as this | fatnacker
13/11/2018 08:21 | Possibly why they never stopped at Malta as expected? | fireplace22
13/11/2018 08:18 | Whatever the repair, it certainly hasn't impeded progress to date, although it seems to be too serious to leave it until they reach the famous Atlantic port of R'dam. Perhaps not willing to risk any problems across Biscay.. | steve73
13/11/2018 08:17 | Got some at 40p. This may cause a delay of a few days: hardly worth even commenting on. | mad foetus
13/11/2018 08:17 | Morning The Guardian Does plus/minus 3% count as a significant reaction? Hur is down 3% on a no news RNS Another share in my portfolio put out a no news RNS this am and it's up by 3% Neither movement looks significant to me. I can't begin to imagine a shareholder in Hur thinking "Oh No, the Aoka Mizu has stopped for a repair and it's been 16 hours already - the investment proposition is irrevocably damaged - I'd better sell right away." Can you? | tournesol
13/11/2018 08:10 | Cos we are all watching and reporting every move the ship makes.......a delay at this time would have started an unfounded run on the share price ....throw the water on the fire before it starts. | telbap
13/11/2018 08:10 | tournesol, look at the share action. Totally unjustified but you have your answer. We opened 2p down on the bid. | the guardian
13/11/2018 08:10 | Shorters on here have got their wish, they will be crying soon. | gary38
13/11/2018 08:08 | Harsh reaction to repairs to ancillary equipment. Neither here nor there in the grand scheme of things | bocase
13/11/2018 08:08 | Such a huge repair that they are doing it at Anchorage instead of finding a berth. It's a minor delay | prefab
13/11/2018 08:07 | Uncertainty (time, cost, cause) always has a disproportionate impact on the jam tomorrow stocks... potentially a good buying opportunity | the drewster
13/11/2018 08:07 | nigel it did occur to me that in the days before the internet and shipwatching they most likely would not have RNS'd this, but likely realised the impact on the rumour mill, when it ultimately became obvious that this was not 'a stop for cheap fuel' ;) | haideralifool
13/11/2018 08:03 | Can't understand why so much trepidation about share price impact from a minor repair. It's been a remarkably smooth voyage so far. I'm looking forward to my ship coming in. Depends how long the delay is I guess. Surprised they bothered to RNS it to be honest. | nigelpm
13/11/2018 07:58 | Dow did drop 600pts yesterday btw | zztop
13/11/2018 07:54 | A lot on here talking down the price .With price dropping on good news, HUR share price should rise today. | gary38
13/11/2018 07:50 | They have already lowered the share price from 60p to 43p.....how much more lowering does it need? | telbap
13/11/2018 07:50 | GaryShouldn't you be back at school?Your English is dreadful, however, your geography is in a class of its own.Dear oh dear. Rotterdam in the Atlantic??? | kirtonender9
