Topgrow achieved a break- even position in the previous 6 months.

Impressive results by my reckoning.

PBT of £182k against record PBT in 04 of £421k.

The £239k shortfall:-

1. Screen Circuit 155k

2. Bad Debts 53k

3. Soft Euro 27k

Total £235k


IMO the above are one offs and will not repeat in second half.

Screen Circuit to be rationalised,bad debts one off and Euro is now stronger.

The real worry was a huge dip in t\o which has not materialsed.

I expect to top up soon.

Every buy of a few grand pushes it up further - must be a major stock shortage or a big buy that needs to be filled (to be announced later I imagine).

Someone is accumulating stock - this moves on small volume and if an institution wants a million shares then the price will keep drifting up as they manage to get a few thousand each day.

The other possibility is that this is a little insider buying - mates of the directors just buying a few grands worth each day ahead of news. Holders may even be taken out. Given their size it would make sense to get bigger.

Im only going by the chart as the 50ma at 100p could be broken very soon and it augers well for a return to 120/130p.

With a good dividend yield and still at a discount to net assets ( net assets per share £1.10p) and with HK/China prospects you cant go horribly wrong by topping up IMO.
