Well as per current CPR GKP have of the order of 200m 2 P net entitlement reserves
Wood Mackenzie placed a fully risked valuation of $8/boe pre Putin.......
So that's $ 1.6bn - back then - without a new FDP/CPR or any of the field future prospectivity.
Plus all the GAS ...........to Europe.......
.
So IMO major holders in current status would accept no less than twice the prior very fully discounted - and several IOC would have been interested = competitive tension.
Looking at absolute minimum of $3bn which is over 10 quid a share, and in my view that is super cautious.

Cash after debt repayment = $ 95-100m
May June July invoices = $ 110m
FCF going forward around $ 35m/month
New FDP requires just shy of $ 1bn
New owner operators will finance that.

All depends on how things are structured, who gets what after the event........who gets this and who gets that........

We have to accept there is a significant risk discount to be applied, however, that does not mean that the price will be anywhere close to where we are today......it will be much higher........imo

I don't think the MNR/KRG will accept anything other than top dollar.
They are certain to have sizable beneficial stakes.
And they sure aren't dreamers.....

Well, from tomorrow GKP will be debt free, then lets have some more nice special dividends.

In a buyout situation nobody likes to buy cash, so get it off the books and into shareholders hands - get them "derisked" as they have most of their investment paid back by way of dividends and then they will accept a much lower take out offer than the dreamers imagine.........

270p-this is GKP!

Sure the price will rise, then sink to nearer 2 quid.
I'll wait before re-investing my dividends.

Tradingview.comTells it like it is. If you do a Google search for top London dividend stocks it only bothers to refer the FTSE 100 stocks nothing else.
