U. What we need to know is how much they've processed, the grades and sold. That with the current zinc price will provide the drive. Zoo

I don't know rose ,funny I was on to them this afternoon setting up an ISA which took thirty minutes ,and I can't activate it until Thursday ,I did mention griffin just as a matter of fact, nothing has changed they said they will re rate it after any news ,I think they are struggling as we are to find out anything, also I fear the IC after the sell rating they gave us last time,I will keep pumping the broker to see if there is any change, and will report back,I also asked them about BANGO at the same time and they are very favourable about it,now this was also a sell six months ago so miracles do happen, welcome back milwallfan,

I wonder why Alan's broker is so down
on Griffin. It can't be the tightening
zinc supply, the anticipation of a shortage,
the rising POZ, or Griffins production costs.
Could it be the lack of return to investors?

The fundamentals have to be recognized eventually.

Right?

From the first web article
“Chinese smelters rely heavily on imported zinc ore. In 2017 China’s refined zinc production was at its lowest in two years due to problems acquiring zinc concentrate”
As I have said before why on earth do the chinese no do a deal with Griffin to buy all the zinc at a market price but with no import costs in exchange for the licence extension. It must be a win, win, win, win - chines smelters get the concentrate, more local employment, more tax revenues for the chines authorities and Griffin share price at double production at least £2 I just cannot see the negatives so anyone else who can please comment.

Boring isnt it?

So we have a resource statement coming

It could have been ready well before results day so why does it sound like they are going to be released together
If the resource statement is impressive why not plan for an early release and have two bites of the cherry

Is this as I fear because there is only one bite......

Yes what is your point Phillis?

The reason I posted that basic info was simply because there were posts here showing that some people who post on this thread do NOT understand dividend basics.

e.g posters thinking that the share price falls on the day the dividend is paid.
