Just a thought...... How about we discuss the upcoming end of year April results. Our expectations and whilst we are all still here what we imagine the share price to be post results. Let's say end of the month for April. I'm hopeful for £1.36.

had a job as a proof-reader, nor have I said that
I did. I was once an editor, which is quite different.
Incidentally, "proof-reader" is what they call it in
the USA. Here that job is called a sub-editor. Your
reference to bigotry was clearly meant to apply to
UpJust; you just phrased it in a way that allows you
to smear him while claiming you have not.

You are the one who is stirring. Another example,
name-calling Phillis' friend a "hatchet man". Your
left wing bias is showing there.

edit- Ah- you invented the friendship in order to smear

Phillis indeed you did not say friend but why would you wish to be associated with someone like that? Or were you trying to make a cynical point?Conversely, if you wish to look it up there was a doctor called Michael Day who died of Swine Flue he was a friend and at his funeral there was over a thousand people. I travelled a long way to pay my last respects. The world is a far less better place for his passing. Just to show a balance between someone who made money out of taking jobs away from people as against a man who worked for the greater good.Zoo

MISODB, he bought one and loved it. The problem is you can't just park them anywhere another friend has one and the amount of damage that's been done to it one way or the other make you question where are you going to park it when you are out and about. Have you seen NOWUCIT on here? I know he and MISODB used to meet up when he was around where B lives.Zoo

Did you catch the obituary this week in the FT of "Chainsaw" Al Dunlap
I used to play tennis with him about 40 years ago before he went back home

To him is attributed the apocryphal phrase " if you want a friend (in business) get a dog"

Is the what you have done?

Yes I do lol. CD and I had had many a banter exchange over the past couple of years on iii - we live within 50 miles but i still never got a ride in his Bentley lol.

Zoo. Yes EL, CD, yourself and 'S' were stalwarts in my early days but please do not forget the much revered Philip Reid. He joined me on the iii LLOYDS board but gave up due to trolls there. I know he was quite elderly and believe he was thinking of returning to U.K. I do hope he is still fit and well
