from a personal point of view they would have created more value far quicker by splitting th company in two
an AIM fund trading 20% disc
the property valued at close to net asset value
hence instant value creation
that could have been done several yrs ago but wasn't
an interesting situation has been created by the parkwood deal
friend or foe we will soon hear no doubt
anyway what ever happens the shares are on a trend now the route to true valuation whatever happens or as close shareholders will ever get

i still think it could be a takeover
if you look back on the thread you will see my comments re the agm
at the time the board said they had not received a proper approach as the letter was withdrawn almost immediatley

on a search using google looks like some connection with an MP
as has a declared interest but to lazy to look through 100 pages to find who it is!!!

parkwood was only incorporated in september, so quite possibly a special vehicle to buy the stake and whatever else that leads to...

not parkwood paid £7 not much of a premium but if they are activist they can now dictate what the board does and if you remember what happen at the agm where the board was n't reelected things could get interting here imho

NTV - All you have to do is look at TRT to see a massive increase

Transense Technologies plc previously valued at £462000. Yesterday's price was 75p, so that gives a value of £630000.

NOW lets look at the next big holding:

SpaceandPeople plc
1590000 shares held. The share price yesterday was 65p, so we have a value of £1033500. AN INCREASE COMPARED TO LAST VALUE OF £1016000!!!!!!

HMS is in diving, but the shares aren't and GHE's overall value is on the up.
