19/1/2012 13:45 | Skyship you are correct my maths not quite on the button-however share is up nearly 15% as I stated. I still stand by my final value at liquidation being £6.00 or thereabouts, what's your forecast | loobrush
19/1/2012 10:14 | nice jump...liquidity playing a part no doubt | badtime
16/1/2012 16:34 | 15%???????????? Loobrush - I welcome your optimism and I welcome any post on such a quiet thread; but really! With 5.4m shares in issue a £700k uplift = just 13p/share. I suspect the 31/12/11 NAV would have been somewhere in the range of 420p-440p; if so then the LIDL sale represents a c.3% NAV increase. All most welcome... The important planning news is as previously mentioned, ie the Persimmon Homes application for the rest of that Dorking site. Success there could well provide us with another 40p/50p per share. Even if turned down, we should win that one on appeal. GHE had drifted in low volume to an absurd level, so good to see a recovery now taking place - thanks mainly to stock purchases by posters on this thread it would seem. | skyship
16/1/2012 16:17 | Just bought in to these after watching for ages - 2.5k @ 287p. | eburne1960
16/1/2012 13:49 | topped up another 2k shares at 282.Good start to realisations. | tricia51
16/1/2012 13:16 | That deal should increase the share price by about 15% this is way undervalued. What if they get the other planning consents-asset value could be at least £6.00 | loobrush
16/1/2012 07:28 | The LIDL store RNS out today: | skyship
05/1/2012 13:32 | Thanks for clarifying that. | hoveite
05/1/2012 13:20 | Surely they should put out an RNS for that. | tiltonboy
05/1/2012 13:06 | Both the Planning Office and the Company. That website is perhaps not updated daily. | skyship
05/1/2012 11:28 | What is your source for this? Mole Valley's website still says a decision has not yet been made. See | hoveite
05/1/2012 11:09 | Good News: The LIDL planning application at the Vincent Road, Dorking site was APPROVED yesterday. That will tend to make the Persimmon Homes application for the rest of the site a bit of a shoe-in. A good start to the year and goes part way to proving the value here. | skyship

22/12/2011 22:50 | Having a bit of banter with Mike over on the ERX board. Worth popping in to have a look. | tiltonboy
22/12/2011 22:44 | hello one and all...sky ..u live it up all right ..there tilts on his sarnie and me with just a cheese twist for lunch :) Tilts saw yur 10k buy.....i will now continue to monitor a tad closer | badtime
22/12/2011 14:47 | Well - @ 367 payout the GRY @ 248p = 21.35% Hypothetical though as a £ to a p you won't get anymore at that price!!! (will he though? - naahh - no chance?/#~) | skyship
22/12/2011 14:00 | Fresh from my salmon and cucumber sandwich(and it's not even cricket season), can SKYSHIP tell me what the GRY is at my purchase price of 248p...lol...To be honest, I have only bought for clients so far, and need some more stock to come in before I can get my snout in the trough. Huge result on DHIR. Not necessarily the profit, but having halved, it removes the egg that was well and truly splattered over my face. | tiltonboy
22/12/2011 13:48 | Anyway - to GHE This is the bottom - because Tilts has found the value irresistible; and has also plenty of cash to find a home having been marvellously baled out of trouble over at DHIR.... So, at 255p: If you discount the last NAV (489p) by a full 25% to 367p; then give a 31st Dec'13 wind-up date - the GRY = 19.7%. 367p seems unnecessarily pessimistic, still it would be break-even for me, so would be happy with that! | skyship
22/12/2011 13:42 | Hell guys - just back from doing a big shop @ Auchan (yr eqiv. of Tesco perhaps) and click my favs board - WOW - 12 posts on GHE - must be a disposal or planning application news - NO - its you two jamming!! For that I feel constrained to tell you that we decided to have lunch out at a good Vietnamese restaurant - suschi, nems etc etc etc, multi-salad palate cleanser, then fruit salad + bottle of drinkable wine en carafe. The price you ask - E.30, that's £25. Also at Auchan stocked up with a favourite Languedoc wine - La Clape - unfortunate name, but really good smooth and full-bodied everyday drinking wine. E2.50/btl - Ah, BUY 2 - GET 1 FREE - so that's E1.67/bottle or £1.39/bottle in old money. Just two of the reasons why we live here!!! | skyship
22/12/2011 12:06 | aye..agreed hence the nibble | badtime
22/12/2011 11:57 | The shares have been drifting for months. No reason why this is the bottom, in the short term. | tiltonboy
22/12/2011 11:45 | You might get them lower later. | tiltonboy
22/12/2011 11:43 | Excellant! ..now back to this share best i can do is 255p hmm | badtime |
