14/11/2023 17:54 | from NME - 4 out of 5 stars (I'm sure YH will tell us why that's bad or irrelevant 😂 He/she still won't reveal whether they were fired or just still upset abour Elite Dangerous not being available offline... "We’re so far removed from the era where you were lucky to get a decent Warhammer digital game that the cliche has lost all relevance, but even as quality improves across the board, Realms Of Ruin deserves to sit alongside the best digital adaptions of a Games Workshop property. If you plan to get stuck into the whole package, this is a very easy recommendation. If not, Realms Of Ruin still offers an incredibly solid campaign, but holding out for Conquest mode to get a few more bells and whistles is probably the right call. Either way, it’s nice to have yet another fantasy universe to care about, and possibly spend entire utility bills on plastic dragons for." | jfbonner
14/11/2023 17:47 | If you include his other monikers BigLittle123, AAAAA11111 (I think there's another as well), it adds up to hundreds and hundreds of posts over the years... | jfbonner

14/11/2023 16:26 | First review of FDEV latest release. "My favourite real-time strategy games involve careful base construction and economy management, as in Supreme Commander, or building large, varied armies and then blithely smashing them into the enemy in a swarm, as you can viably do in Command & Conquer. Realms Of Ruin isn't about those things, and I found its combat triangle and reliance on manual special abilities restrictive, overwhelming, and a little fussy. That doesn't mean it's not for you, however. Strip those personal complaints away and Realms Of Ruin is a solid RTS with some fun units and missions. Even if I do still think you'll find the Stormcast Eternals boring. " hxxps://www.rockpape | yankhanson
14/11/2023 16:23 | jfbonner, it seems you've already forgotten what happened to the share price following the previous surprise discount of a new FDEV game within months of launch. Did your losses trigger amnesia? Also note that game is now at 50% discount hxxps://www.cdkeys.c | yankhanson
14/11/2023 14:28 | and 10% off on Steam. So what? | jfbonner
14/11/2023 14:22 | 30% off Warhammer Age of Sigmar: Realms of Ruin hxxps://www.cdkeys.c | yankhanson
14/11/2023 13:50 | Trillions of dollars looking for homes, sitting on sidelines currently. A fair percentage will go into equities over next days, weeks and months. gla. | hamhamham1
14/11/2023 13:31 | Good lower than expected US inflation print. | hamhamham1
14/11/2023 13:26 | "Warhammer Age of Sigmar: Realms of Ruin preview" Did you really mistake preview for review? "Have you tried google dear" Yes dear. And Steam. "No user reviews." And Metacritic. "There are no critic reviews for this game yet." "There are no user reviews yet." A Reddit poster suggests Frontier has embargoed reviews to avoid bad press. That sounds very likely. But since the release to users is today, perhaps we'll see a few soon anyway. | yankhanson
14/11/2023 13:16 | YH had to go a long way down the google line to find that 😂. Here's the first result from google: "Warhammer Age of Sigmar: Realms of Ruin preview: Solid gold strategy. Realms of Ruin won't revolutionize the genre, but like the gleaming armor of the Stormcast, it's thoroughly polished and stunning to look at. It's been a hell of a year for Warhammer games on Xbox." from trueachievements* *TrueAchievements is the home of Xbox achievements for Xbox Series X, Xbox One and all other Xbox platforms. News, guides, leaderboards, reviews and more." Keep digging YH! | jfbonner
14/11/2023 12:42 | Have you tried google dear | john09
14/11/2023 12:41 | "I think the reviews to warhammer seem pretty positive" What reviews?? The full version has no published reviews yet. The demo version's "reviews" are overwhelmingly negative. As The Escapist web mag wrote, "Nowadays, we don’t get many of these demos anymore, so I thought this was a big positive and a major sign that both GW and Frontier are confident in the game. Looking at the reception now, this preview might actually /hurt/ the sales quite a bit." | yankhanson
14/11/2023 12:27 | "Strip out the accounting write downs in depreciation / ammortization and FDEV done nicely." Those write-downs are the development costs of FDEVs recent string of failed games. You can't "strip them out." | yankhanson
14/11/2023 11:50 | I imagine should go to 600p in short order | john09
14/11/2023 11:44 | Yup agree. I stand by my post... hamhamham114 Nov '23 - 11:09 - 6994 of 6997 Edit 0 0 0 500p is cheap IMO. 1000p is fair price IMO. 1500p is high IMO. 2000p+ is sell, sell, sell IMO | hamhamham1
14/11/2023 11:33 | I think the reviews to warhammer seem pretty positive . Its the big and more recent reviews that’ll be key not those from the summer when there were only samples of the game available | john09 |
