Now over 100 trades in Foxtons, with just over 90% or say 400,000 in sells in total. Expect the 'market' to buy them all back in the closing auction, me-to-you-you-to-me !!

Market doing their best to get the stock down again this morning, lovely !! Wouldn't mind adding a few more to the pot ahead of a bumper 2024 for Foxtons !!!

Courtesy of the LSE post, the CEO has posted an even more impressive video of the Foxton's Christmas bash on his insta account. No. 1 in sales in London, No.1 in lettings in London and Foxton's probably No. 1 in office Christmas parties judging by that video clip !!!

Doubt we get even a soft landing/ mild recession . Just a hunch . Rates are stillhistorically low and inflation has crashed .

Tentative recovery but stagnation/recession next year, global equities will pull back 20-30% if FED can’t engineer a soft land and with their record ….🤦27995;‍♀️🤔

The recent rise wld point to some leaky info. I'd be surprised if they've not had a call from the Take Over Panel or LSE. I'd be v happy to be bought out.

Some lively trading in the last ten minutes this afternoon culminating in a relatively large U/T for Foxtons. Budget tomorrow, lets see what goodies the Hunt brings to the table, each one will be another feather in the Foxton's cap as we move into the general election year 2024 and where property and interest rates will take centre stage !!!

Gittens' LTIP doesn't vest unless the share price stays at over 70p for 30 consecutive days before September 2025 ( I think), so that should put a floor on any offer for the company imo.

You would have thought so but the stock just hit a year high this morning no less and stocks normally take a breather for a few days before the next leg up into the new and higher trading range.

A lot of hedge funds are struggling to make decent returns currently. These lot want a cheeky bid to get a quick return and then a quick exit out. City AM also have a history of printing 'non' articles !! Nothing to see here, Foxtons will do just fine as we move into the new arena of property ownership.

The article I was reading this morning stated 10% of the shareholders have called for the Board to sell the company.
