It seems like most of the bad news is already in here, it is one of those shares that seems to have potential and much of the R+d cost already done.( the vat was a kick in the teeth)
It all depends on the when ( if ) the new boiler is released and if the government make some moves on tax, if the model is right A lot of ifs and buts then all shares are the same.

Fox You - err, most, like me, would have sold out for huge gains by making their own decisions.
But I do look in every now and again as I tend to on most shares I've owned. It amuses me to see you still here though blathering on, having missed the potential for large gains and still waiting for a 10p in - when the potential really has been marked down on this company for the reasons we all know (and not because it isn't a combi or that your tenement window faces south).

Yes, this one deserves to fail due to the deceit alone - what sort of people ask pi's to stump up cash in the late 20's knowing full well how bad the business is doing and then tell the markets after the fundraising.

THAT IS INDEED A VERY ODD AND IMO A VERY WORRYING STATEMENT.

ARE THEY NOT SUPPOSED TO ENDURANCE TEST THEM IN THE FACTORY AND FREE TRIAL SETTINGS?

Hi all. For anyone interested here is a copy of that email. Names of been deleted for obvious reasons. All sounds very positive to me.

Dear ............

Re the conversation you had with one of our technicians ....... this morning re the current boiler population the following is our current position.

1. Over the past 18 months we have run a trial with 100 boilers in customer homes to prove and develop the technology.
2. We have manufactured boilers at our new plant in the last 3 months that are now out for validation purposes in customer homes.
3. There are also now production boilers built and installed in our first batch of customers.
4. Due to the change in VAT from 5% to 20% production was stopped in early June.
5. There is work now underway to reduce the overall cost of the boiler and increase the amount of generation from the boiler to bring it
back in line with our policy of the boiler that pays for itself in the first five years.

We will be going back into full production of the boiler in the middle of the last quarter of this year.

Re the quality of the boiler –

The boiler has a 2 year manufactures warranty and the power module comes with the same two year initial warranty, however this continues for up to 10 years
if you continue to stay with Flow for your home energy.

This is new technology therefore if you have concerns re the products please wait until we have 10k out there and then fit a Flow mCHP boiler when you feel
more comfortable to do so with solid data from the market place.

Hi grandwood. I have a friend who's interested in buying a flow boiler. After all the negative press it's had he was a bit concerned whether it was fit for purpose . Anyway he spoke to someone at Flow who passed his concerns onto the relevant department. They replied to him very promptly. They seemed very confident as to the product. I'll see if he can forward the email onto me and post it on this thread. I haven't give up on this one yet. In fact bought a few more yesterday at 14.85p. CEO has committed a lot of his own dough to this company even allowing for his high salary.
