It is good to see the CEO invest some of his own cash into FLOW,

however one should view this in light of his recent failure to disclose to existing shareholders the truth about known risks to FLOW business model, prior to the rasing of the recent extra funds, and the subsequent collapse shortly after when the truth came out.

I think this is simply a poor attempt to try to rebuild his damaged reputation with the investors he clearly misled, alongside justifying the continuation of his huge salary, in reality it is less than two weeks salary, I for one don't see that has any form of commitment, more likely another sharade, to protect his own interests at the expense of others.

This company and the CEO has got a considerable challenge ahead to repair thier reputation and to be taken seriously again in respect to anything they do or say

Flowgroup PLC (LON:FLOW)‘s stock had its “buy” rating restated by research analysts at Investec in a report released on Tuesday, AnalystRatingsNetwork.com reports. They currently have a GBX 70 ($1.10) pricetarget on the stock. Investec’s price target indicates a potential upside of 317.91% from the company’s current price.

Btw, how much is the Flow boiler, the none combi one, if one was to buy it outright? Is the price a secret???

The cost of the installation, price usally mention of 1500 for labour, is that at 5% VAT or 20% VAT??

Questions that you need to consider:

This VAT hike, why the couple of weeks delay between the announcement and price crash??

The cost of the boiler, now hiked by another 15% because of VAT, how will this impact the already very expensive boiler sales?

When is the boiler coming to the mass market??

When is the combi boiler coming to the mass market and the price of that, am I safely guessing it will be much higher than the high price of current boiler?

The install cost of 1800 massive quid - the VAT hike, am I safely guessing this will put 15% on the 1800 quid??

I always had my doubts and this VAT is the straw that broke the donkeys back imo.


Yes, feel free to slag me off, but as I said the night before the share price crash, I can think more easily and more clearly when not yet invested in a stock.

Finally, you lot recall the infamous say, "profit warnings come in three's,"???

I wont be touching this stock until sub 10p and even then look at the latest fundamentals and decide if there will be many, easily lead buying on the basis of "averaging down, ...... shares are cheat,....fill ya boots" types - lol
