03/4/2020 10:57 | A lot of commentary on steel production and iron ore price / demand in the last few days. Even IF the price of ore dropped Ferrexpo would still make a handsome profit vs the market cap. Best news here would be settlement between Mr Z and the Ukrainian state. | oli12
03/4/2020 10:44 | I take it steel mills have remained open during this? A lot of construction sites in the UK have been closed so could see a drop off in demand. Iron ore price seems to be steady | r9505571

01/4/2020 11:49 | This link from a week ago. Normally I'd say recent news, but in the current Covid crisis this can be considered old and possibly out of date news. It sounds as if the hearing may proceed as it could easily be carried out with minimal, if any human contact - all done remotely. In any case we should get a case report and decision listed on the following link. The last update on cases is from 25th March so may take some time to come through, if at all. I would hope that the Ferrexpo website would get updated with news pretty quickly. BB | bellbottom
01/4/2020 11:05 | BB.... is it still the court case tomorrow? Wonder if we will hear something same day? | gwillerz78

23/3/2020 12:27 | r95 yes referring to the 11m buy, a 4m+ trade, and the price jumping a few pence in auction. Not sure why it happened. Resilient again today. | bozzy_s
23/3/2020 11:30 | A big chunk of the article focuses on Konstantyn Zhevago and his ongoing wrangle with the Ukrainian legal system. Is he or isn't he? Will he or won't he? Add a few more months to the whole process due to Covid-19 and this may run and run, well into 2021. In the meantime Ferrexpo continues to grow and reduce debt. At these trying times, debt reduction and paying dividends are both very attractive to investors. BB | bellbottom

20/3/2020 21:10 | Odd price action after 4.30. No idea what that's about. Looks potentially positive for holders. | bozzy_s
20/3/2020 16:15 | FXPO's results timing seems to have been good for the share price. Very resilient compared with most on my watch list. We're only down ~20% since the CV panic. Obviously at 2x 2019 earnings we're ludicrously cheap. And if 2020 production stays ahead of 2019, with much lower fuel costs, and much weaker GBP v USD, we could be trading at 1.5x current earnings. Hoping the CV madness is finished by summer, and dividends reinstated late 2020 / early 2021. | bozzy_s
20/3/2020 09:03 | Court appeal against the freeze of 50.3% stake in Ferrexpo Poltava Mining (FPM) to be heard in Kiev on 2nd April. Ferrexpo already stated they are confident that the original decision will be overturned. Who knows what will happen given the recent changes to the judicial system instigated by Zelensky. Just another element to add to the already complex set of ingredients. BB | bellbottom
