@grey Panther, ref your comments about the share price decline under Paul Barrett and Erika Syba.

The main difference is that they together held about 25% of the company shares in issue (I don't have documents going back that far but in Jan 2011, Paul Barrett held 16% personally, and I recall that Dr Syba had a comparable holding).

Ironically one of the reasons that they were "encouraged" to step down was the perception among larger investors that because of their large stake, it was just a lifestyle company for them. At least they were aligned with the investors then.

Contrast that with the meagre holding of the current omnishambles - they have no meaningful skin in the game, and therefore no driver to add shareholder value

As a shareholder in EOG and the shambles that it is I’m also heavily into UJO and I just posted this up on the UJO BB

Come on David go for a merger with EOG especially now the board is in chaos mode after getting rid of those muppets
You wouldn’t have to pay much and a mix of cash and shares the shareholders over there would welcome such a move the only negative would be YOU but I’m sure we could sort that out later
So David show some balls and get EOG into the UJO stable it makes sense I suppose the bad thing for you would having to do a bit of work 🤷‍a94;️

unfortunately statements like that are meaningless as the company can simply say "an unforeseen opportunity has arisen" etc etc
UJO's Bramhill famously said in an interview "fully funded, no fund raise" just a few weeks before raising millions...words are cheap with these companies

They stated in the AGM rns that they have no intention to raise capital, therefore I assume the share price matters little to them in the short term.

Tbh can’t see any upward movement in the share price until Holland and co are sorted.
Probably good value now but many will be cautious - so a good time to buy?
