08/1/2024 16:54 | No justification by the mm's to drop the share price over 12% today. No wonder no one wants to invest in the UK stockmarket! | grannyboy
08/1/2024 16:48 | I agree, the charge has got to be from the same source rock for all. Plus, Jamie White said no one wants deep water exploration anymore. That is just completely wrong so we must take what he says with a healthy dose of skepticism. | jedc1
08/1/2024 15:55 | meanreverter - I asked that question at the Investor Meet presentation last week, but it didn't get answered. Maybe it will be addressed if they published the Q&A? I don't see how the targets can be independent. The structures might be, but the charge? | spangle93
08/1/2024 15:53 | MCAP back down to £10m completely pathetic... what is the point of these AIM oilers? Seems they are a complete and utter waste of shareholder money... dont even get any spikes any more Best sell the lot and have done with it | currypasty
07/1/2024 09:06 | Well worth emailing the company as they do respond very promptly. | christy41
06/1/2024 20:37 | Can anyone please explain Jamie White's arithmetic in working out the chance of success (CoS) in block EG-08 as 91%? (See slide 11 of the presentation.) Here, success means that a commercial find is made in at least one of the three prospects (A, B, and C). The CoS in each prospect is estimated as 60–70%. If each prospect is independent of the others, the CoS will then lie in the range 93.6–97.3%. White seems to be assuming, conservatively, that the chances of success, or of failure, are positively correlated. However, that would contradict the statement on slide 12 that “All three prospects are independent (i.e. the results of one would not impact the CoS of the others)”. My hunch is that his conservatism is justified: the chances are correlated, and the statement on slide 12 is wrong. | meanreverter
05/1/2024 15:40 | Another director purchase, small but they all count :) | tommy241

03/1/2024 17:00 | They talked a good talk, now let`s see if they can walk a good walk (or is that just the triumph of hope over expectation)?!! | enfranglais
03/1/2024 16:40 | Agree. One question is Odie completely out of the picture ie not on a consultancy role anyone know | slicethepie

02/1/2024 19:53 | Thanks Curry, more from Malcy below: “The comments I have made above for UJO apply to Europa just as much and the discount to potential NAV indicates a highly attractive risk reward proposition and there is much more to EOG than just this onshore part of the portfolio. But for those other parts that I dealt with in the last RNS from Europa the news today is without doubt the icing on the cake. With the changes that the CPR makes that add the value I mentioned above the guidance appears to be that revenue from Wressle will more than cover ‘ any capital requirements across the portfolio’ and the company brokers imply a current enterprise value of just $9m today. This should make for happy reading for Europa shareholders and with a really decent addition today to the portfolio which has upside in a number of areas the shares are also phenomenally cheap, the risk/reward proposition as I said is excellent.A presentation with further details can be found on the Company’s website. In addition, the Company is holding a webcast for retail investors tomorrow, Wednesday, 3 January 2024 at 2.30 p.m. (GMT). The presentation will be hosted on the Investor Meet Company (“IMC”) platform and is open to all existing and potential shareholders. Questions can be submitted pre-event via your IMC dashboard up until 9.00 a.m. the day before the meeting or at any time during the live presentation. Investors can signup for free and add to meet Europa via: I looking forward to the IMC presentation at 2.30 tomorrow which I will be on primarily to hear chapter and verse on the recent EG asset I mentioned above. The new asset has a huge amount of upside and the broker report I mentioned sees all the upside there.” | tommy241

02/1/2024 10:46 | Around £5,000 worth of shares traded . Says it all | talkman2
02/1/2024 09:53 | hopefully production will see a significant uplift from 680bpd, maybe 750bpd or even 800bpd, that plus the promised January planning application for new wells and the 600m pipeline should lead to a re-rate in the near future imo | likeawalrus
02/1/2024 09:29 | The long awaited COR and we can’t even get an improvement on the selling price of 1.1p! Pathetic . | talkman2 |
