Tbh can’t see any upward movement in the share price until Holland and co are sorted.
Probably good value now but many will be cautious - so a good time to buy?

Same thing happened in Senx, company was worth millions but the Bod(Jeffrey Auld) only interested in taking his half a million £ wages,it's now running out of oil and Market cap is terrible.

The Bod have ruined shareholder value here, massive pay packets for p.ss poor performance,but i will add that the company is worth a lot more than present SP, that's for sure.

regarding buy-backs, UJO had to apply to the High Court for a capital reduction - basically it's a legal booking exercise between the share premium account and retained earnings. at the moment there isnt enough in Europa's share premium account to cover the retained earnings loss of £25m so it may not be possible - any accountants out there to explain more intelligently?

Over on LSE somebody posted a snippet from Europa's own website under corporate governance which states that all Director's are considered foe re-election at the EGM. Why did this not happen? Why can they ignore their own corporate governance when it suits them but make sure us shareholders adhere to the rules to safeguard their own backsides?

The board are totally not in tune with the shareholders and have failed them . They think their stupid , meaningless share presentations are enough. They are clueless . The current share price is a damning indictment on their leadership

They should engage with the shareholders and take on board their views , frustration and concerns . They own less than 1% of the company ( says it all ) do nothing for shareholders. They just cost the company a lot of money ( in relation to its market cap ). How the hell do they get paid bonuses ?! It’s morally wrong and disgusting.

Why hasn’t the company initiated a share buy back to support the share price ? We are told the Egdon deal valued our Wressle stake at 2.6p . I would think the company buying back shares at these levels represents excellent value . But they do nothing . What’s the cash for ? Going towards another inspired deal like Serenity ?

Our only hope is a new board or somebody taking over around 2p .

You can vote at EGM if your nominee allows but you cannot requisition a general meeting because you are not a member of the Company, you gave up tht right when you transferred your shares to the nominee (who are the members)

I can't understand why, if I could vote through Halifax for the AGM I can't vote through them for the EGM. Makes no sense to me.

when I vote I pass my instructions to HSBC/FD, they vote for my nominee account shares accordingly. It is very interesting that this hasn't been raised as an issue for the Reabold requisition

I had no idea about the pitfalls of holding my shares in a nominee account. It’s an absolute minefield but I now understand why/how the Board of eog have denied the calling of a GM.
Hope there is a resolution to all of this.

All shareholders should allowed to vote where ever their are held
If the the broker doesn't have the facilities to allow a shareholder to vote then it should it's licence imho
IG now allow nominee shareholders to vote so why can't all the others?
