However, if you can hold any party such as the one mentioned, do. After all, it is the same ilk that set out to fk y'all over and not simply provide an impartial service

If there was ever one universal truth in markets/instruments, it is this.

If there is something coming, it's there to see before it arrives - good and bad

never know what the content of either would be, but does it matter? Find that out later as a curiosity

For now, the record all time low of 0.2 is pretty much a cert next

i dont see how it can be argued on both a fundamental nor technical basis. in terms of facts

only speculative fundamentals can make a case, but then that's against it's 'whole market' speculation today anyway

Market is making it's mind up. That's what is most important right? Your broker account wont reflect an opinion not correlated to market

This is usually the typical issue. Everything is subjective. Even what you say above PATT, is subjective. Hence the requirement for a '?' despite the content

Obviously any communications with Allenby were fruitless given you had to say you would hold them accountable 'if so'. Meaning, they never gave an answer.

The whole post is subjective bar the headline accounts everyone can see, so they do not validate the rest of the 'opinion' piece.

Right now, markets subjective overview is that it is a dog. Little UK shares are magic of course. An obscure RNS and an impartial maker can work wonders 😂

In the real world of markets, there would be nothing subjective about it. Going to zero

So really it's down to the dirty world of little uk cap, and seeing if a play is in the making (nothing to do with business)

Back onto the Tarana enigma. Naysayers say that the reason there are no RNSs is because Tarana no longer is Ethernity. Believers say that it is because geo political situation means that can only give general indications such as the final, accounts paragraph in April. Certainly had the contract been cancelled then an RNS must have been issued. The NOMAD would insist and I have spoken to and emailed Allenby stating that if this has happened we would hold them legally responsible.

So, given that, make your own mind up. Onto the question of whether we are already selling more systems on a chip to Tarana.

2021 Revenue $2.635m 29% Tarana. Therefore $764k Taranarevenue
2022 Rev $2.937m 58% Tarana. Tarana revenue $1.7m
2023 Rev $3.778m 54% Tarana. Tarana revenue $2.04m

Given that Tarana is rapidly growing and now BEAD rollouts happening in the USA, with 6 GHz base units released Oct 23, and now cities like Cleveland and nations like Uganda being covered with G1, what is the chance that the $1.5m of chips delivered by end July 23 are still unused? Very low I think.

All figures taken from their accounts

However, I don't mind anyone saying it's impossible to know and can only be a guess

Fair enough, assuming that applies in any share, for anyones view re buy, sell, short, hold

It can hardly just apply until we have our own view

I have found on public forums, a science or art is mostly deemed mad or BS. But you know, i dont know how to pray to god. Doesnt mean i think everyone that does is insane even though they are probably only guessing he exists.

Pwhite. I posted as soon as the conversion RNS appeared that 11m had been sold in the previous 45 days. Probably into the contract RNS.

No need for a TR1 as the RNS stated their holding.

Barring a 'strategic development' link up with space x or intel, we will languish for an eternity

patt - "No sign of New Tech large selling."

"The Company has been informed by New Tech that, following Admission, New Tech will hold 127,378,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 24.67% of the Company's enlarged share capital."

98m + 40m = 138m. New Tech have sold 11m subscription shares which should have been reported.

You may wish to contact Allenby again and query why there was no TR1 RNS.

I've voted against All the proposals for the next general meeting...
And voted out the CEO & CFO with immediate effect.

They are not profitable so they will need to raise funds as surely as night follows day.

Even if they are profitable I'm sure they will need more funds for in extent in r and d etc.

Hence more dilution on the way in some form, most likely from the bucket shop.

EBITDA positive?

After 20 year a clear profit is required.

It's AIM .... and after 20 years no sign of profit yet.

Records count.

Not quite realdealy. Good Tarana revenues and ENET is EBITDA positive. That was always the target. While you whine Tarana are covering entire cities like Cleveland and entire nations like Uganda. Plus entire tribal areas like Ossnge. None of which they were doing a year ago. Add that to new licensing deals and things are very different. But of course it’s a gamble. It’s AIM.

I don't think enet themselves knew of the round down clause. Hence they didn't RNs it.

Probably in the small print, and we know these folks are terribly busy. I don't think they read the whole contract probably many pages long.
