Another point is that with AIM companies you can't use hard cash invested by directors as evidence of confidence because you don't have visibility of thier pension plans.For example for every pound invested in the company pension plan five pounds could be invested by the company into the plan.So when you read about directors placing a company into administration to protect the creditors for the better part they are taking about themselves.ENET is an AIM retail investor scam not a company scam where the FCA or business customers need take any action.

Pwhite. I would agree with you except D Levi has invested far more than his salary over the last four years in the company. Hard cash not salary conversions.

My tracking of Tarana business shows great news coming at some point there. If not then I agree we are toast.

There are lots of unpublished details on the losn. For example New Tech are limited to 25% holding.

patt - In simple terms the scam committed by ENET is that it has no intention of returning shareholder value to PIs only the promise. The reset of the latest warrant exercise price from 1p to 0.40p is further evidence of this. There is no evidence they are scamming their business customers.Where VRS differs from ENET is that it never had any business customers in the first place.As one newspaper investment journalist said - "graphene is a solution that has always been looking for a problem".With Net Zero 2030 and 2050 targets this has now changed.

The motive of negative posters has always been clear to me for more often than not I am one myself.

The motive is to prevent other posters from investing in stocks that are no more than AIM scams. ENET is one of them and so was VRS.

VRS has stuck both hands in the air, admitted its past crimes, brought in turn around specialists and sacked its 15 year CEO. The polite and official term is the ex-CEO resigned.

The ex-CEO has taken VRS to an employment tribunal and the preliminary hearing is due to be heard this Wednesday 17th July 2024

I always question the motives of the negative posters, not just on ENET, but any stock.

Are the short? Highly unlikely.
Have they been burnt by the stock in the past? Surely they'd have given up by now.
Are they motivated bulls who are aware that Retail investors will inhibit the progress of any rally by selling into any strength.
