OK. I have an explanation for the 0.4p. It isn’t good…..

Spoke to NOMAD. The VWAP is calculated and 15% discount applied. All well snd good as per RNS. Then it is rounded down to the nearest 0.1p. So 0.495p would become 0.4p. But this was excluded from the RNS. So New Tech are getting 15% discount plus up to another nearly 20% if the Adjusted VWAP is 0.495p.

I have demanded an RNS explaining this snd any other aspects mysteriously excluded from the RNS as it is equally valid for further conversions.

The nasty kicker with the loan deal is that even if great news is now released then New Tech can still convert tens of millions more at low prices.

Remaining balance of loan £405k
Say exercise price is 0.6p
40m*0.6p is £240k
So they can convert another £165k at 0.6p. So another 30m shares or so.

Another point is that with AIM companies you can't use hard cash invested by directors as evidence of confidence because you don't have visibility of thier pension plans.For example for every pound invested in the company pension plan five pounds could be invested by the company into the plan.So when you read about directors placing a company into administration to protect the creditors for the better part they are taking about themselves.ENET is an AIM retail investor scam not a company scam where the FCA or business customers need take any action.

Pwhite. I would agree with you except D Levi has invested far more than his salary over the last four years in the company. Hard cash not salary conversions.

My tracking of Tarana business shows great news coming at some point there. If not then I agree we are toast.

There are lots of unpublished details on the losn. For example New Tech are limited to 25% holding.
