I always question the motives of the negative posters, not just on ENET, but any stock.

Are the short? Highly unlikely.
Have they been burnt by the stock in the past? Surely they'd have given up by now.
Are they motivated bulls who are aware that Retail investors will inhibit the progress of any rally by selling into any strength.

Another company ramped by PWhite
Of VRS fame amongst many many others over the years.
On those two positions alone doing the opposite would have saved you a considerable amount of money !

Except they will have been paid $2.4m in licence fees at 100% margin in the year to 31/12/24. We just need to have the Tarana revenue known and things will be fine.

Don’t think so DaddyW. They have a multi billion $ IPO coming up 2025/6 and don’t want or need an Israeli based subsid. They want the IP snd developing IP.

DL may be operating with his hands tied behind his back. Any other AIM compsny would be issuing RNSs weekly extolling the JV with Tarana. But we don’t hear anything. Why?

Either….
1) Tarana have developed a new SoC using other IP and ENET no longer are involved. But recent RNSs have said we are still involved. In avery general way. New orders H2 for original and next generation, or

2) Tarana will have no mention at all that their base nodes have an Israeli chip inside when they are selling to African and Middle Eastern nations.

Yes. But then that should have been in the RNS and they said this….

“Should the exercise price be above 1p throughout the exercise period, then 40,000,000 is the maximum number of additional Ordinary Shares that would be issued under the Agreement.”

If there was an immediate reset price of 0.4p then this is not possible.

Ok. But I don't think the 0.40p was derived from anywhere it's just the reset price agreed between ENET and New Tech.

Quite possible pwhite. Quite possible that the 20 day VWAP only kicks in after 20 days. Until then 0.4p. But there are lots of unpublished elements of the loan. Such as New Tech being limited to max 25% holding in the company. Whatever it is we get screwed!

I have emailed Reeve at Allenby asking for a breakdown of how the 0.4p was derived. Which days. Which VWAPs.
