$3.1m cash in
8*$360k plus 2*$400k out by end August. So $3.4m out

OK. I have seen the calcs. It is not pretty

They calculate each days VWAP and then round that down to three decimal places. So if it is 0.67p it becomes £0.006
Then they take the lowest five of those days and average them. And round it down to the nearest whatever. So if the aversge is 0.57p it becomes 0.5p
Then they take off 15% discount so 0.425p.
Then they round down to the nearest 0.1p. So 0.4p.
So what should be 0.62p exercise price ends up as 0.4p.

Much wailing and upset everywhere. All my fault! I am supposed to be a ramper but it was me who posted how bad the loan deal was and also the horrible 0.1p rounding. In the end nothing much has changed. If a good Tarana RNS appears we soar. If it doesn’t then en the 0.1p rounding makes no difference. It goes bust.

The interesting question is what if a conversion is done at 0.095p. Does it round to 0? That means infinite shares.
