18/7/2024 14:17 | purchaseatthetop - 11 Jul 2024 - 17:22:36 - 37674 of 38005 Ethernity Networks -5G Superstock in the making - ENET The reason the revenue per sale is between $200 and $350 is as follows… “6/4/21 RNS Following a contract between Tarana and Ethernity signed in 2017, Ethernity has worked closely with Tarana to support its development efforts toward bringing their innovative fixed wireless access product to mass adoption. Tarana successfully completed field trials in 2020 and is now fulfilling orders from service providers for large-scale commercial deployments of G1, requiring supply of 5,000 units of Ethernity's ENET Flow Processor over the next 12 months. To that end, Ethernity has received initial orders for $400K to supply its FPGA SoCs, expected to be delivered by early Q3 2021, representing an acceleration of the previous expectation, as set out in the Company's update on 2 December 2020. Further growth of this product line is expected in 2022. So 5,000 over the next 12 months. Revenue booked by Ethernity over the next twelve months was $740k in H2 21 and $500k in H1 22. So $1.24m so about $250 a chip. But components shortage hit Tarana in H1 22 so the relevant items might be the original purchase orders which were RNSd of $740k for H2 21 and $1.26m for 2022. That is $2m so about $400 a chip. | ![]() purchaseatthetop
18/7/2024 14:14 | I see the estimated revenue to Ethernity has been dropped 25% by pilfering patt. He's been saying for years it was $400 but it's now edging down .. funny old world. They were in serious financial distress when they last had a Tarana order, they've probably given them away for buttons to keep the lights on | ![]() dplewis1
18/7/2024 12:47 | Just a little Tarana sales update. 1/7/24 ISPsupplies (not a large US seller on eight in total) had 26 3Ghz 34 5Ghz 85 6Ghz base units. Now 12 3Ghz 19 5Ghz 68 6Ghz base units So 46 base units sold in 18 days. Each about maybe $300 to us. $14k of revenue. Where are all the base units coming from if we have not provided our chip? Tarana cannot simply replace Ethernity with another supplier. We are part of the entire unique development. | ![]() purchaseatthetop

18/7/2024 10:04 | Happening already Mediacom Park, New York and Milpitas, California — April 9, 2024 — Mediacom Communications, the fifth largest cable operator in the United States, and Tarana, the world’s first manufacturer of next-generation fixed wireless access (ngFWA) broadband technology, today announced a partnership that will bring reliable, high-speed internet to thousands of unserved households in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, and North Carolina. Cox Communications confirmed it's testing fixed wireless Internet services using equipment from Tarana Wireless in Arizona. "We've conducted limited tests of fixed wireless in the past and will continue to explore new technologies to help address areas that are underserved with broadband today," Cox spokesperson Todd Smith wrote in response to questions from Light Reading. | ![]() purchaseatthetop
18/7/2024 09:58 | If a telco provider gains an advantage by using ENET products, then others will have to follow. It's all about the tech and utilising ENET's products. OEM's know and will want to incorporate ENET's technology. ENET have a huge advantage over other offerings in delivering solutions. | ![]() whoppy

18/7/2024 09:14 | I have posted that I think we have been selling to Tarana all 2024 but not RNSing it. Largely because without those sales Ethernity would be bust by now with monthly overhead of $360k and $400k going out every three months on TSP. Certainly with no Tarana sales New Tech would never have lent and the new Tier 1 contract never been signed. Moreover, if you look at note 8 of the final accounts on page 41 you can see the prepaid expenses had risen from $203k at 31/12/22 to $377k at 31/12/23. Given the most of Ethernity costs are staff, these are most likely to be prepayments for FPGAs. If no sales are being made to Tarana they would not need prepaid expenses at this level. | ![]() purchaseatthetop |
