"Rich Bob" is still very active on telegram. Even predicted an "Enet Tuesday" RNS .. I'd be careful what I wash for if I was him given yesterday's calamity. The Bergen team must have struggled to keep a straight face when DL agreed to the rounding down clause. Who does that when the share is already trading at a decimal..??

Why do you round down and round down again on a share price that is already fractionalised and decimated? Why using this to steal from the company and its shareholders? Why not round up to the nearest decimal?

Why is the company giving away so much for so little? Why is David Levi undermining is hard work? Is the company still expecting the OEM contracts for Tarana?

Why is the system so corrupted? There are real people whose pension and life savings are invested in this market.

Today's clarification is for those who don't understand RNS's or can't read.

The previous RNS stated exactly the same terms.

Some just shouldn't be buying shares if they don't understand RNS's or can't read properly.

If Levi doesn't hand over All the information on any RNS to the Nomad, the Nomad will simply Resign with immediate affect... that will leave Emet as private company status...
Is this what David Levi actually wants to happen??
It all seems to be leading towards that... I've seen Nomads resign dozens of times on miss information & pure lies from various CEOs.
Especially those that operate in a Banana Republic or outside the UK..
I hope I'm wrong here... But Levi is making criticism Awfully easy don't you think???
