LMOST 3 YEARS to get an ESIA and still no signs.

As for funding the build.....dream on it will all be taken private with pis getting a good shafting 💰😀

Hopefully Nash, we've been waiting long enough. If we get the ESIA this month I see no reason why we couldn't have closed the finance and be under construction by the summer? The big offtake will reassure lenders I think, and potash prices are still well above even the most optimistic scenario in the FS.

It's very interesting timing for Librium coming on board. Good and highly regarded broker.Suspect this is not a coincidence. I'd be hopeful ESIA new now is imminent.

Indian companies beating a path to Morocco to find phosphate supplies in particular.. OK yes we're potash I know... but they need potash too it says... Also maybe setting up plants to manufacture fertilisers in Morocco to export to India etc... Morocco is the place to be at the moment :-)

A year end round up/update would indeed go down well, we know the final few minor tweeks to the ESIA were being addressed after the 28.10.2022 meeting with authorities, the resubmission would have gone in straight after those points were amended..A nice way to finish the year out if it landed .. :o)

That potash guy needs to stop using the company logos and name as though he thinks he's some official rep. Its misleading to those unaware that he's not linked to emmerson and is not called Peter, that account is the rebranding of where he previously called himself Lloyd Phillips.How can we be associated or trust someone who coincidentally supposedly makes up a name the same as that of a convicted drug/rapist, then when confronted, tries to deny it, goes dark, then reemerges as Peter potash.
