12/10/2022 17:55 | Yes, investors much smarter and richer than us thought that 6p was a great investment... Of course noone is infallible but these people didn't get rich by making many mistakes...I've been in EML for 3 years now. I remember at the peak of the initial COVID panic I was able to buy some shares at just over 2p.... A few months later it hit 6p.... | cyberbub
12/10/2022 17:15 | It is unpleasant to see the red number get bigger here, but we need to keep sight of our II backers GSM who doubled down here at 6 pence only this week.. There are bound to be some forced sellers about now as interest rates bite, and inflation adds to every ones costs basket.. Cool heads can indeed yield excellent results for those that have confidence in the company and can ride it out through the bumps, just a waiting game for the OCP deal and the ESIA permit now IMO.. | laurence llewelyn binliner
12/10/2022 16:43 | Agree. People seeing their SIPPs and ISA seriously eroded so heading for safe pastures. Cool heads can make a lot of money in these situations. | sloppyg
12/10/2022 16:21 | Looks like some small holders throwing in the towel. Who can blame them I suppose, when the markets are so weak and people need money. I am still holding. The project is still almost certain to get funded IMO, but whether there will be a delay due to the state of the capital markets, who knows. The company at least now has enough cash to progress key workstreams over the next 6 months. | cyberbub
12/10/2022 15:30 | Ostriches Losers can never handle the reality or truth. I have to admit I didn't think I'd get to buy these at 5p but its brilliant having 🩳🩳 | qsmeily456

11/10/2022 22:33 | How is this fluff worth a market cap of £54 million? Its Sirius mk2 IMO. | terminator101
10/10/2022 14:15 | And a useless CEO who lied/misrepresented the truth with ESIA early 21 🤣🤣 Incompetence rewarded by u lot with massive free options, consultancy and salary .....u 🐓🐓 No ESIA until 23 No funds to produce More dilutions 6p now 5.4p 🤣🤣 | qsmeily456
10/10/2022 10:06 | It's essentially a moot point. It certainly is not a negative as he is not a charity. The degree of positivity is subjective as no-one knows his financial position as to whether this is pocket money or something more. One thing for sure it's a common misconception that all directors have swathes of cash sitting around waiting to find a home for; additionally, they typically have options package + salary all tied up the business so all eggs in one basket etc.... Meanwhile we sit and wait for this pesky ESIA. Not really a lot to say here at present as there is only one RNS in town.....everything else is background noise. | sloppyg
09/10/2022 21:39 | Yes fair enough Stemis.... | cyberbub
09/10/2022 11:57 | EML is a small company not making money, but it didn't stop them paying their CEO $401,000 in remuneration plus $99,000 in consultancy fees in 2021, so I'd be surprised if the FD is working for buttons. | stemis
09/10/2022 09:32 | Well that's true Stemis, but not all directors are super wealthy, and EML is a small company not yet making any money. The guy may have 3 kids and a big mortgage! £10k (which I suspect is more than a month's salary after tax) is maybe not a trivial amount for him to invest in shares. In any case he's certainly not expecting to lose money on them! | cyberbub
07/10/2022 13:31 | Interesting though it is, it wasn't exactly a huge purchase (£10,000) and they are the only shares he owns. I don't know what he earns but it's probably not much more than a month's salary. | stemis
07/10/2022 13:20 | It is also worth remembering that not only were the new funds [USD$6.75m] raised very recently at 6p but that just the other day the CFO paid 6.25p | the chairman elect
07/10/2022 12:41 | #Cyber, simply to highlight that our II backers doubled down and bought more equity at 6p which will be issued on Monday, holders here can buy on the open market today at -10/15% under this.. I still see the ESIA being used as a bargaining chip in a future OCP deal, if/when that deal is agreed the ESIA will land and time frames will get compressed, we are well funded now to drive the project forward on the FEED in advance and then it is 6 months from permitting to finance close if we still have control.. But if OCP have control that 6 months time is wiped out as they can self fund via the state bank so positioning now ahead of any deal should be the biggest part of the opportunity and that could happen at any time..? | laurence llewelyn binliner
07/10/2022 11:03 | What's the point you're making, LLB? | cyberbub
07/10/2022 10:55 | In addition to the REX Retail Offer, the Company is also pleased to announce that it has entered into a subscription agreement with GSM whereby GSM will make an immediate equity investment of USD6.0M (approximately £5.4M) at a price of 6.0 pence per share. The price of the REX Retail Offer Shares will also be separate announcement has been made regarding the Subscription and its terms. For the avoidance of doubt, the REX Retail Offer is not part of the Subscription. The REX Retail Offer is conditional on the completion of the Subscription and the REX Retail Offer Shares being admitted to trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange. Admission is expected to take place at 8.00 a.m. on 10 October 2022. | laurence llewelyn binliner
07/10/2022 10:46 | Yes the trolls have spoiled it (no doubt their intention). The only way to stop them is to ignore them. I didn't mean to patronise you and I apologise if you took my post that way.Meanwhile the share price continues to fall. Anyone got any thoughts as to why? Just general market weakness / the curse of AIM, or something else? Volume is low still, which is reassuring. Still frustrating though! | cyberbub
07/10/2022 08:23 | Cyber you have recently fallen foul of them as well so please don't patronise me. I very rarely post here due to the toxic nature of the board. Decent chat has become impossible. | westie50
06/10/2022 16:10 | I suggest not giving trolls the attention they crave | cyberbub
06/10/2022 14:44 | Smelly, considering in your post of the 27th Sept you commented you bought in below 6p, you have a weird way of trying to stop the share price rising by your comments. You trying to be negative so you can buy more? Or you just happy to lose money? | westie50
06/10/2022 10:30 | 🐓🐓 Steel has gone up over 30% alone not to mention rises in cost of borrowing 🤣🤣 | qsmeily456 |
