Terminator101 has been on soooooo many threads thrashing stocks. Yet another nasty de-ramping, shorting TROLL who is now also FILTERED

On another note let's all wait and see but it is a FACT that the markets are currently sh*te and many stocks especially small caps are getting absolutely battered by the very poor general market sentiment!

No, I don't think so - in this weak market, it's just market makers dumping the price to accommodate panic selling.

0.3% of the company's equity sold today - and the share price falls by 8.33%?

Someone definitely knows something IMO, sigh. Will we see an RNS on Monday?

To be fair take a look at the markets - it isn't just EML getting smacked!

The biggest surprise is the share price held up for the length of time it did. We are not past St Ledgers day the 25th, and people have bailed? If investment choices were all jam tomorrow we would have all retired a long time ago If the Moroccans extend this pain into next year then without good reason I will be changing my positive view on that country.

They will just extend the date that's all.It won't be any more complicated. They won't invest 6m for a year to then miss out on the reward of investing a further 40m.Idiots selling but hey their choice.

Market weak for sure.

30 Sep CLN rolling deadline was always going to create some nervousness.

All that being said the sharp mark down to 6p mid on the nose is a bit smelly.

One way or another 30 Sep should provide a bit more clarification based on our Singaporean investors actions. I do not imagine they will be brushed off with "all in hand re. the ESIA, MA have everything they need, no material issues so we just have to wait indefinitely until receive the ESIA, die of boredom or run out of cash.

Am on holiday, just logging in after a few days. Sigh this is disappointing to see us below 6p. I would have hoped that the 6.2p paid by the Singaporean investors would have been a floor. Seems not. I am still holding but getting a bit suspicious that someone knows something - although volume is still relatively low.

Stop poking fun at fillip. He can easily turn on you..Joking aside, yes there will need to be an update on that previous agreement.I dont take these delays as negative, but rather the presence of Ocp, the fertiliser forum, the fert/pot shortfall and the war in Ukr, all serve to crystallise the importance of this Khemisset asset in a safe and pro-development country such as morocco.

I think that EML has an obligation to issue an RNS at the end of September / early October, if only to update the market on what has transpired re the loan covenants expiring 30.09.22. If those covenants are extended, likely to be because EML are negotiating a deal with OCP as a condition of obtaining the ESIA, then that reason will need to be disclosed, hopefully giving the share price a much needed fillip.

Understandable some are weak and some need funds. If investing was easy many more people would be here. The fact is rarely does a stock do what investors want that is an instant double digit profit. Some news perhaps end of September?

Not surprising to see this drift lower on unconvincing, low volume as weak hands question whether there will be political impetus to ramp up local fert production at all, including (in our case) potash.

As Peter Zeihan points out, the biggest geopolitical story is not Russia/ Ukraine, inflation or China/ USA tension. One can speculate what may happen there. What is beyond speculation is the looming collapse in food production due to the fertiliser crisis. Africa will be worst hit by far.

So, to sell EML at this delicate time because of impatience is to declare there will be no Moroccan response (ESIA, JV with OCP perhaps etc) to this fert/ food/ mass starvation crisis that is about to unfold on the Big Continent and elsewhere.

As usual, poor (or no) research from idiots who follow without doing the most basic of research. There will be gameplayers out there loading up heavily on the weakness of the people they fooled.

Think they may have got mixed up with a company that previously used the ticker of EML.

Emerging Metals Limited

Link shows James Mellon was a director and holder of shares in 2011.
They changed their name to West African Minerals Corporation in the same year.

Thus Emmerson were free to use EML when they IPOed in 2017.

It will be, still think there is a good chance EML ESIA lands before end of September, if not defo October.
