Given that we have had 3 submissions already my interpretation is that these are final tweaks resulting from an iterative process and that once complete it shouldn't take long to get the permit issued.

Donald that's a bit disappointing in one way, that there are *still* amendments to be made, I for one had understood that it was all completed now. On the other hand, the fact that small amendments remain does explain the delay, ie. it seems to be a 'technical' delay rather than a 'political' delay, so less concerning about possible political shenanigans?

On the ESIA, 3rd draft submitted in July: "Met with technical authorities on 28 October 2022 who confirmed only minor finalisations required to complete the submission."

Hard to see the share price remaining in single digits when ESIA news breaks.

Liberum saying it will still be 2022, which if true (and not just a timeline that hasn't been updated) obviously means it could drop any time, so lots of FOMO buying.
