Bought more this morning whilst it's quiet and sentiment is low. Think we're about to see it turn.

OCP would be the obvious choice as a customer base but its good to see that EML are leveraging their location to secure deals with other parties too, they clearly have a competitive advantage over the competition once the mine is built.

Excellence, my biggest fear is actually whom will buy our product. There are new potash mines in Spain and Australia both of which are ahead of us. I know the article is over a year old but it gives me confidence that EML are approaching things the right way.

Obviously, or perhaps not obvious to some, the biggest risk is in the detail of the finance package that the company agree to.

The share price down trend was inevitable following the pr campaign to get ths placing away. Now the placing is away there is an overhang and many punters taken in by the pr are moving off due to impatience..

Now the question remains, how will this be financed? On what terms? When?

Given the recent price drop I thought I'd do some more reading, I can't help but think the current downward share price movement is artificial somehow. Given that the target plan for the ESIA is due Q3 (end of September) a price under 4p seems like a steal to me. On further research I came across the article

This may date back to April 2019 but offers an insight into EML strategy, I think if we can secure customers before finance we can literally take that to the bank ( & lower interest rate!) & raise the full CAPEX ourselves rather than diluting the shares with some other finance source taking a bigger piece of the pie... is this perhaps why EML have issued a lot of share options to the directors as they know just how valuable they could be?

Interested to know what others think? Perhaps delaying the securing of finance in favour of customers will yield a better outcome?

bought back in today. chart seems to justify taking the plunge. the hype to get the placing away is now history, as are all of those disappointed punters who bought in at the top (again) so i think 3.9p is a reasonable entry to hold for 18 month and see what happens.

last time i was here i suggested that there may be a delay based on the comment that the company would reign in costs to conserve cash, and read that to mean slow things down, raise capital.

i was right.

so now the company have raised the capital, and can progress their plans, and covid is now better understood and is being mitigated, and the world stumbles forward once more.

happy to buy at this price, GLA.

i'm back!

flogged off at 5.3p, bought back in at 3.9p

oversold due to the placing overhang, but now well funded, and yes there looked to be a likely delay to conserve cash but we must always expect that, and now they've got a handle on covid there should be little chance of further delay.

onwards and upwards!

me too...got a few other irons in the fire which is they come good and the share price here remains around the 4-5p levels then it will offer a potentially fantastic 12mth return

People are hunting short term gains in other in-vogue sectors, which will have some bearing on the sell off here.Simple choice is to sit and wait, or go hunting and hope to return at the right time.

For avoidance of doubt I thanked Shard Capital for their prompt and helpful actions on the RNS.

Their actions gave me confidence.

With the sad events in Beirut, no doubt more emphasis will be made of resources that are safer to store. Potash may fill that criteria being far more stable to store. Being essential for fruit production.

I don't know if this is a new article but its interesting none the less.
