Give credit where credit is due, after it was pointed out they amended the RNS.

Quick response and gives confidence to me at least that this company wants to do things right.

No one gets everything right and the test is whether people correct things. So well done.

Consequently put an order in for quite a few more

Now that’s much better as look at the mayhem it caused.
I’m buying more as soon as my wee Pharma gamble comes in (hopefully in the next few days).

Still can't say I'm a big fan of these awards, but it's the modern BoD environment it would seem.

GC, for doing the job I'm sure he's appropriately remunerated to do, will become a millionaire a few times over for essentially doing the job he's recruited to do

Given the communicated NPV and EBITDA forecasted here, on full production, should see the share price in the 30-50p range come the third anniversary of the award date, plus of course any awards to come in the intervening years from now

However, those same economics make EML still a stunning investment for me, and one which I will continue to add to as opportunities and funds permit. Indeed, I've taken advantage of the sub 4p offer this morning.

re-issued rns with confirmation of price.

confirmed 1.5mln freebies, but then 5p, 7p 10p etc

They are obviously pence, but that doesn't explain the 0.001p ones.

500,000 Options ... at a price of 0.001p per ordinary share;
1,000,000 Options ... at a price of 0.05p per ordinary share;

The second line is 5p fair enough. But is the first line really 0.1p?

Last post on the subject. :-)

If they meant 10p they should have said 10p or £0.10.

The zero AFTER the one is the obvious part.Otherwise it would be 0.1p not 0.10pIts becoming more obvious to you now, surely, if put any more simply, then it would feel like we're teaching remedial class.

I'm sorry but if you think 0.10p is meaning 10p and is normal , I disagree.

I'm afraid it needs clarification.

I am a holder.

If given the choice between 30p at Xmas or 100p in 2023 it would be a tricky one for me... I guess I would probably go for the latter but there is always a time/risk cost to money invested... Anyway it would be a nice choi e to have!!! LOL

I dont think there's any errors in the rns.The 1m and 500k are for Graham only and are essentially just free shares, at a token buy price. Everything else on there looks normal and reasonable priced options.

Totally agree with Micky there. I'd be a little disappointed if EML just sold up, obviously we would all benefit but it would be great to see it in full production.

Sloppy yes that's the way it usually works - look at the Salt Lake RNS yesterday. Debt and equity announced simultaneously as a package.

YasYas, I reckon the new FS will come along at the same time as the ESIA submission date and this will increase the figures to I suspect well over £2Bln NPV (which in itself is incredible. This new FS will lift the share price and I’ve got to agree with Cyber re the permits as once they’re approved the share price will rocket. Then jump again on a very good debt finance package(s). A buy-out could still occur as he was involved in the 600M sale of Papillion previously. I’d suspect we’d get more for this full package but HL maintained they were going to production but if a big vulture sees a tasty meal they’ll go for it. Anyway, all good as far as I’m concerned as long as they confirm that the share option error is amended (as clearly a typo error).
