Oh dear. Somebody's a bit precious today. So, from not existing, to feeling the need to reply to posts after hours on a company you're possibly not even invested in. You sound like a wannabe sheriff.

Interesting that Hayden Locke has been retweeting content from TRR. I wonder whether there'll be a royalty deal of some form announced soon??

You seem very passionate for somebody who is a long term investor but who only joined advfn today and has now made 3 postings on eml to defend against something you would never have been able to read if you weren't already a viewer here. So what's your normal board id on here Jack?

😂😂😂 just trying to reiterate the fact that this will be a good investment for everyone. Agreed that there’s no need to be rude to folk on this board. so we’ll just sit tight and I’ll just read for a while lol It’ll be difficult though lol.

I also am a long term holder, but that does not make me any better than anyone else on here. We’re all here for the same positive outcome hopefully so let’s just behave with some courtesy to each other . I enjoy reading new posts from new holders instead of the same people posting all the time saying the same old things over and over . ( no offence Mickey 67) we’ve been told umpteen times you’ve got your kitchen sink invested in here.LOL.

Mickey67. I don’t think calling people thicko’s and insinuating they wet the bed is banter. People don’t need to be called names or put down because they express their opinion . It’s just plain out of order .

Lynnmee, you’ve picked a good start with EML so should make you a lot of money once the licence is approved. They’ll be submitting the ESIA/ISA to the government authorities probs late August/early September as in a January they reckoned this would be a 6 month time-frame to get them pulled together. Thankfully it’s Phenixa doing them over there so the Covid issue didn’t cause too much of a delay. Most of the preparatory ESIA was already done so presumably GC is checking through these and the FS to check everything thoroughly just now including the construction aspect of getting to the additional 160 million tonnes in middle section of the site. This “extra” resource is the equivalent of another massive increase to the expected $1.8 Bln NPV with just the SoP added onto the first FS of $1.4 Bln. So should all be good mate.

Which is fair enough but like me I'm still learning/ picking things up and what it discourages is, is people like me to ask questions, put thoughts out which educates/ learns us about other trades of thought etc. That's all's I'm getting at. Like I say I've picked up some useful things off of this board and most have been very helpful.

Guys, in defence of AP. He may be a bit grumpy at times as I was yesterday hence this whole discussion kicking off but he gave me reassurance privately re the project at an early stage so that’ll do for me as he’s clued up on this project and company. So all good as far as I’m concerned and a bit of banter doesn’t hurt anyone.

Totally agree Lynmee90. Everyone is entitled to contribute after all that’s what it is all about . Apfindley I think needs to look at his posts . Yep , I think he knows all about cesspits if his posts are anything to go by. Sounds a very angry individual, needs to look a little closer to home I think .

Sometimes there is some decent info on their board too so always worth checking it. They were restless after the raise and the HL news so trying to give them more detailed info on the project to put them at ease. Ie, where were at in the moves to attain the licence and the additional resource aspect too as well as the lucrative SoP add-on (easy pay-back). I’m working from home and bored hence the interest and comment overload lol. There was a monster 815000 buy earlier so always good to know there’s bigger players circling.

Seems pointless to check multiple sites for holding one company.I can't check as I don't use lse. Its a cesspit.

If you're in for the duration then why fret over daily or weekly movements. Makes no sense. If you're nervous just sell instead of putting yourself through all this self inflicted worry over an 18 month investment.

Grannyboy. Over-extended ! Definitely - put my lot in and if you read my posts I’m in for the duration and not a quick hit like the day traders are doing taking a few hundred here and there. We’re all in here as we know a good thing and the figures speak for themselves which will be confirmed in the next DFS re the SoP and additional resource which GC will be looking at getting at in the middle section of the site. This could increase the NPV from the already expected $1.8 Billion to over $2 Billion. Why do you think we’ve all dug deep (couldn’t resist lol) to ensure we’re in early at these prices.

I'm not sure that nothing will happen, there is plenty of scope for various work streams to be progressed. But I expect investors will continue to jockey for position. Patience will be the key here.

Isn’t a board to discuss topics? And to discuss other people’s opinions regardless of source?

To knowledge share and give insight to people that like myself actually are not necessarily seasoned in this?

Yes I’ve done research, I’ve done lots of it. But it’s also good to see what investors make of situations.

I’ve been helped a lot on this board and all’s you do is shoot people down because someone maybe has a different thought or says something that doesn’t align with how you’d say it.

I don’t get it at all.

I think it'd be good for GC to come out and provide an update on what his thoughts are when he's looked at the FS.As HL mentioned GC found areas of risk and areas to improve. It'd be interesting to see what these are and what he intends to do to eliminate these risks he's highlighted
