Bought today my first investment here but I hope the project numbers were not done by the same guy who did the decimal points in the RNS .... :)

They need to change the pricing structure then because as it is, they read as fractions of a penny?

.05p is not 5p its .05p?

ap,

they're never bought ahead, just exercise price deducted from sale proceeds.

Billy do you understand options????They're not free shares, the directors have to buy them.The only giveaway in there are the 500k at 0.01. The rest are above todats price. And still need to be bought for cash by the directors.Its a good deal for all, including us.

FFS - can see why only a notional purchase of shares on the open market with millions to come via cheap options

highest priced ones at 10p is hardly a stretch given NPV and projected returns

He's being gifted 1.5m shares basically but the rest kick in at 5, 6, 10p. It's £60,000 worth so in the scale of things not material but not ambitious either.

The decimal points make it look like options are fractions of a penny per share?

Hope that's wrong?

if 1.05p is how much? (its not £1.05 is it? You don't need to delineate p unless the p is a fraction of it?

So how much is .05p?

Needs clarification

Hope these ones are a typo!

500,000 Options on the first anniversary of the Grant
Date at a price of 0.001p per ordinary share;

1,000,000 Options on the second anniversary of the
Grant Date at a price of 0.001p per ordinary share;

on target

Vast majority of options are between 5p and 10p

They certainly like to drink options out of the trough.

Lew 82=That would certainly be good for the share price . We do tend to think as to what is favourable to us though don’t we.
Fingers crossed I don’t need my cash invested here anytime soon . I have 2 building projects on the go . And I’m balancing funds . I had no problem with the share price sitting at a level for a period ....but I certainly didn’t want to see it dropping . I’m in now though for sure . GLA .

KCACO I agree, the numbers look solid & with the potential to expand further it should be appealing to investors. I would have thought a deal could be done up front with caveats, no monies need change hand until all permits have been obtained.

We’ll get a better idea of everything shortly once the new FS is published and what additional resource / profit improvements are made to the June FS.
I’m sure HL and GC will do a presentation soon to calm the nerves.
Next month will be good 😄

Lew82 .
My opinion would be that In the post Co vid era a lot of businesses / industries / and ways of life will be badly affected and change dramatically even forever .investors/ venture capitalists / investment houses and financiers will surely be looking at rock solid companies with all projections and figures boxed off and making good reading as many businesses may go to the wall .Everyone is going to be wary . Surely Emmerson is fitting the bill ..There could well be a gold rush at the moment but that will reach it’s limit . We have to have faith in this . Micky knows the numbers .
When I went to the bank for an obscene mortgage/ bank loan many years ago all the figures produced for the business model and the strategy of repayments had to be bang on and rock solid before we got the green light . Any stumbling block here can only come from production problems if HL and Micky are right . If these CEOs have face I’m hoping GC would not come on board to see out another failed production as in SXx .
