12/8/2020 14:30 | Micky... keep those tips coming in!!!!! As always of course DYOR!! | lew82
12/8/2020 13:58 | Interview to come this week: | sportbilly1976
12/8/2020 13:13 | Thanks SB guess we will find out in due course! I just hope we don't sell out to someone else I want to see it through, though i don't think that's the case with EML... if it was the BoD's would be taking huge salaries which from what I can tell they are not and instead hitching their wagon to the overall potentisl share price success instead. Someone on another board raised concerns about AIM listed companies raising cash just to fill their pockets... EML for one isn't AIM and secondly the extra cash has been raised to complete current & additional work which could lead to doubling of resources. I hope that people can now move past that fear of a pump and dump scenario which this in my view clearly isn't! | lew82
12/8/2020 12:53 | Lew, not yet...from the rns: "Closing of the Facility, targeted for end of the calendar year 2020, remains subject to completion of due diligence in form and substance satisfactory to the MLAs, final credit approvals and execution of definitive Facility documentation. The definitive Facility documentation will include customary project finance terms and conditions, as well as a comprehensive intercreditor agreement. Drawdowns under the Facility would be subject to customary conditions precedent." | sportbilly1976
12/8/2020 12:51 | Does anybody know the terms of their finance deal, that may offer us huge insight into how this share price could go with EML. | lew82
12/8/2020 11:18 | yasyas, HZM up 23% currently | sportbilly1976
12/8/2020 11:18 | ...some additional info re HZM finance rns today: "• Capital investment of US$443m for the initial phase of the project is expected to generate an after tax NPV8% of US$401m and an IRR of 20.1% with cash costs equivalent to US$3.08/lb of contained nickel" nowhere near the NPV8 or IRR here for reference: Post tax NPV8 here is $1.4bln and post-tax IRR is 38.5% with total anticipated Project capital cost of $385mln | sportbilly1976
12/8/2020 11:14 | Khemisset is perfectly located to capitalise on the expected growth of African fertiliser consumption whilst also being located on the doorstep of European markets. This unique positioning means the Project will receive premium netback price compared to existing potash producers. | sportbilly1976
12/8/2020 11:14 | Thanks and did the share price shoot up by any chance?? | yasyas1
12/8/2020 10:48 | apfindley, ....and that is only for the Stage 1 construction. For around $50-75mln more EML would be complete and delivering cashflow/payback | sportbilly1976
12/8/2020 09:12 | Heads up, horizontal minerals rns today. 325million in senior debt secured. Thats exactly the news we are wanting to hear for eml too, and it shows the banks are still lending such amounts for legitimate mining projects which have low execution risk and good economics. | apfindley
12/8/2020 01:08 | Will have a look micky thnks | yasyas1
11/8/2020 22:01 | YasYas, Clark, N4P ready to explode shortly, SYME going to be massive. I’m coming back for EML shortly hopefully with my profits as at the moment the above 2 are too good to miss. | micky67

11/8/2020 16:15 | Only £2K Micky I'll see how it goes over the next couple of days and maybe add more.EML is my main holding and has been for over a year, it's been tough seeing it drop o er the last few weeks but I'm certain it's going to achieve its expectations in 2021. | clark5256
11/8/2020 15:36 | cyber, agree - $235mln post tax, 1.3FX gives circa £180mln still a multi, multi-bagger from the current buy price with potential dividend income to boot equal to your investment here today on an annual basis :) | sportbilly1976
11/8/2020 15:33 | Clark, Chaser52 on Twitter mate. Watched his stuff for the last 3 weeks and should have bailed out earlier as would have been up 12 times my dosh. How much did you buy today ? | micky67

11/8/2020 11:43 | couple of sells furnished the MMs with a bit more...limit at 4.5p now 250k 4.59p for 260k be nice to have a steady run over several week or so (reversing the steady decline from 6p at the start of June), back into the 5p/6p's to start and then we can build some momentum | sportbilly1976
11/8/2020 11:26 | Personally I cant believe that there are any shares left to buy! Given the potential opportunity on this its worth holding even just a few shares as a punt!!! | lew82 |
