whats the chances of wolseley buying ECM to create a broader professional supplies business along the lines that home depot is doing following its acquisition of hughes supplies? could WOS extend ECM's e-commerce business to plumbing supplies?

come back from 295 to 275 while FTSE going up and eurozone economies expected to pick up this year. so is this the time to top up for another big move UP?

there was a bull story a few years ago as ECM was setting up its european distribution network it was like creating a new ECM in each country in europe, and the share price would eventually reflect that. i think the share price was about £7 back then, about 5-6 years ago
