bounce today and now stock is sitting at/below short term moving average where there should be resistance to any further price increase and selles should appear to take price lower. Have just shorted some more at 286p in the hope of 270p in the weeks ahead.

at 280p now stock is sitting on long-term moving average and short-term mvg avge is turning down. Not long before 280p is broken and the stock is 10p lower at arounf the 270p level or lower. Good short according to investec.

have broken below st moving average and close below 285p two days on the trot if they close below today then the stock is going down to 220p to the support there. Good short- Investec have this one down as one of shorts of the year.

results due on 30th May so long way to go for further news. Mention of ECM in IC today re charts - if close below 285p will go down to 220p where there is good support. need to stay at this level and above to signal price is still in upward trend. IC says BUY

interested that there seems to be more sells than buys yesterday and so far today .. but price has risen quite a bit .

Coverage in the Times buisness section today mentions ECM in connection with a possible tie up/merger with Premier Farnell. That appears to be the reason. In which case, ECM is the undervalued partner.

anyone know what reasoning citibank gave for switching from sell to buy?

it seems a bit strange timing. have they been sell all the way up? switching to buy at a time when US manufacturing is contracting, UK industrial output surprisingly fell in november and the eurozone is threatened by the falling dollar and rising interest rates. weird

As soon as I sold the price rose strongly and I was kicking myself.However it is back down now.Press comment has been positive.Best of luck to all holders.I reinvested in M&S and am up,which is satisfying considering how much wifey spends there.

Todays results show topline growth but failure to improve matrgins makes it still a jam tomorrow story at a time when there is a risk of recession.Fully valued at 2.85 on approx 28 times EPS.I have sold out.
