No doubt theyll be back for an ex div over(under?)shoot unless snowflake & co can fantasise up something else to whinge about

Shorters are squeezed due to low volume thus as the update result is coming soon, shorters need to close their position in order not to get caught out . The coming few trading days will be very interesting .

...The bottom line is that the management, who are major shareholders will always act in the best interests of the owners of the business and act accordingly. Finally for a company that is well hedged it correlates with the US natural gas price closely and that has fallen recently and I happen to expect a significant rise.

Not much volume for any shorters to close into without pushing the price up. Only 170k today with two hours to go. To be fair that's back to pretty much normal after recent fun and games. The US price is still slightly ahead of UK but basically the same so little to be read into that now. Can it beat UK for volume today with UK being quiet?

This stock requires a 25% increase just to reach from where it fell just 2 weeks ago. If any of the bad press proves to be right then there will be bloodshed here.
DEC = Only for gamblers

Whereas Petrofac needed what? A 100% rise???



PFC = Clearly only for gamblers due to the high chance of a massive D4E swap

Its a genuine point being made:

I find it amazing that anyone would hold this leading up to results because if one item of the damming reviews published turns out to be correct this will fall like a brick.

One could say the same for Petrofac where you are peddling overly optimistic buy it now scenario(absent any facts)

So, Wedneday afternoon at the latest, but I reckon releasing it first thing Monday morning would be the optimum time to catch US based shorts out.

DEC would be out of the closed period and free to really turn up the wick on the buyback program before US wakes up.
