Yup...and after that 314k buy it's good to see that one can only buy 5k online @ 1.7p and sell up to 750k @ 1.5p. Hoping to get back over 2p in next few weeks.

Peter,

Re "The vast coverage of TV brand awareness should get the sales up significantly over the next 6 months"

What I mean is that the advert should create enough brand awareness to give sales a big (red) leg up over the coming 6 months. How long the advert runs for is not that important, it just has to be enough to boost the brand awareness, the sales will follow as people either seek out RedLeg or remember the advert when they see it for sale or in a bar.

As per the RNS "we're confident that this campaign will continue to build on the success of the brand".

Make mine a quadruple, onwards & upwards, big moves up after the Easter hols imo

Like many stocks, it’s been very harshly sold off, thereby creating a nice entry point for multiple returns this year!

> Haggis - I haven't seen the length of the campaign mentioned - were you guessing about the 6 months?

Yes, such a big spend is something of a gamble but presumably they think it's worth it. I wonder if it might encourage the majors to stock the variants as well as the original. As far as I know Tesco sells the pineapple variant and that's it.

It starts tomorrow so it might be interesting to see if the bottles are flying off the shelves over the weekend. I hope they have plenty in stock ready for the rush!

The vast coverage of TV brand awareness should get the sales up significantly over the next 6 months, hence I think this big spend (£500k is huge spend for DIS) is a big push is to get RedLeg up to a level where it's very attractive to a big spirit company.
